We had a fantastic experience with Julie and Gemini Walks planning our 7 day hike of the West Highland Way, which has been the most wonderful experience.
Nothing was too much trouble for Julie and what I really appreciated was the personal approach. Dealing with Julie was a delight. All queries were responded to immediately, with knowledge, advice and lovely humour.
All the organisation was slick and the information Julie provided in the comprehensive pack gave us great resources and peace of mind.

Gemini Walks are based in Falkirk, Scotland and specialise in arranging walking tours of Scotland’s best long distance trails. I needed help in arranging a trip on the Speyside Way and being unfamiliar with the route, I reached out to Julie and Michelle for help. Even an old sceptic like me was blown away by the amazing customer service I received. Despite a myriad of questions, Julie in particular replied promptly, knowledgeably and with great humour. My trip was arranged efficiently and their local knowledge took away all the anxiety caused by planning a hike in unfamiliar country. I cannot praise them highly enough and recommend them to all.
