Ridiculous delivery time.
I found the delivery time way too long.
I ordered something from another suppliment company and received the order within three days!
I had to ask Genetic Labs where my order was. It should not take weeks for an Australian company to deliver items.
And a distinct lack of communication was evident.
So I am hesitant to place a second order.

I am still waiting on this product
I am still waiting on this product. I chose this company because it was Australian and I thought I would get my product quickly. So far it’s been 3 weeks. After waiting for two weeks with no ongoing confirmation of its arrival, I emailed this company to ask why I hadn’t heard anything to be told that it wasn’t in stock and they would ship it when it was. An email would have been nice to know this. I think it’s fair to say that having to wait for over 3 weeks, and still waiting, for a product that’s supposedly in Australia is a bit steep. This will be my last purchase with this company, I will be looking elsewhere.

Genetic Labs Australia are a trustworthy company
Genetic Labs Australia is my go to supplement supplier as the products are of high quality and Australian made.
NMN has been crucial in improving my overall wellbeing, I sleep better, I feel better, I have so much more energy.
The collagen is my personal favourite though, as it mixes into my coffee without spoiling the flavour and the improvement in my skin is amazing!
I highly recommend Genetic Labs as they are truly a trustworthy company that are easy to communicate with and always provide great service.

This brand is amazing!! I’ve tried multiple brands that sell creatine and collagen powder and none have beaten gen labs. I’ve also started taking NMN and Astaxanthin. The results have been incredible, I have more energy daily, feeling sharper and my skin has improved so much. Recovery after training has improved significantly. Overall, feeling so much healthier and fitter! I’ve even been gifting family and friends the products and they all love! Customer service has been amazing, super informative team and fast to answer any questions about products.

Been ordering for a year now, health has I proved dramatically, the berberine Improved my blood sugar & it has consistently been coming down I found I'm loosing wieght easier also since supplementing the berberine🙌 & have tried there other products and noticed increased energy when I had high dose NMN great product so happy with it thanks guys!
