I am very impressed with the service I got from Genevity+, they went above and beyond for me as a customer. Genevity+ customer service made sure I have the knowledge about each product and made me feel like I was the most important client they have. I rate them 10 out 5 seriously

I’ve been taking the NMN powder under my tongue and the lipo capsules for a couple of months now. The powder’s taste is mild, and the capsules are easy to swallow. Some days I notice I have a little more get-up-and-go, and I appreciate that it’s a simple addition to my morning routine. Overall, it feels like a small but worthwhile habit.

I love their products because most of them are single-ingredient, meaning I can tweak my daily dose for NMN and resveratrol separately as needed. (Many other brands lump everything into a single product, making it really tough to find the best dose.) Super responsive team, very helpful with my questions, and the supplements themselves feel great too. Taking NMN Lipo and Resveratrol now, considering starting their berberine too

I have been a customer since 2023. When the company changed names I couldn't transfer the points I accumulated. I was told they would transfer but later informed that was going to happen and I was sent a 15% coupon, which was available to everyone. I also had a coupon for a free pouch of NMN that had no expiration date and I was told it could not be redeemed because that product in the pouch form was discontinued…. No offer to provide an equivalent was made available.
The new packaging for NMN is almost double in size; however, the contents are the same weight as they were in the smaller containers. The formulas for both NMN and NAD changed. Since 2023, I've been consuming them both without water, and I've noticed that NMN is substantially more bitter and NAD is less chalky tasting.
Although I researched this company over a year before my first purchase and have shared positive product information online, I have not reordered and I'm considering trying other brands.

Haven’t received my purchase. Emailed and no response but I keep getting emails to comment how much I like it

Have been contacted by the founder of genevity with an apology and a discount for my next order. I will order again as I do not have a problem with the product. I will re edit this post when I place my next order

I ordered the capsules, then I had to email to find out why the order was taking so long, then they told me they were out of stock, and offered the powder, so I said please send the powder, and after a few weeks of nothing the capsules turned up

I've been taking NMN and Trans Resveratrol for a year. I feel great and I get a lot of compliments on my appearance.

I've been using this product for a year now, and I will continue. I like new packaging and the NMN capsules are super convenient. I'm also really glad they've added TMG. It's a great addition to my routine.

My aunt is diagnosed with ALS 3 years ago, her condition is at the stage of unable to swallow any type of solid food or even sit up without help. I have asked her try NMN for the pass 1 month and she is now able to swallow better (still liquid food), able to sit up and use number 2 without help. I am so thankful to the team to make this possible for our family. I have forever grateful to have known NMN and it incredibles result. Glad I got around to purchasing this product again. So far I feel sharper focus and more energy. Last time I saw improvement in the structure of my skin. I expect a similar effect in a few weeks. 👌🏻
