This is a complete scam. I don’t know why they would get any possible positive reviews. I am being charged for a membership that I was unaware that I was signing up for when purchasing the product. I have tried canceling the membership and getting a refund for past charges and keep getting told that they would fix it but nothing is being done.

These pumps are wonderful, and the customer service can’t be beat. I own two, and always have at least one of them fully charged at all times.

The product worked as intended at the beginning. After having it for about two years, even after a full charge, the battery will die after a few minutes and about 5PSI of refilling a tire. I guess it is as good as to how long the battery lasts. I did not use it frequently so I am disappointed that now it can only help me inflate 5 psi. I am ordering a similar priced unit with more capacity and a battery booster for the same price. A little bulkier but still fits easily in the rear of my SUV. No more airmoto for me.

Unit I received was not performing as advertised & RYAN resolved the problem immediately by stating they were sending me new unit & did not even require me to return original...now that's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Attentive prompt customer service to my issue. Good follow through to ensure it is fixed and they replaced the product after troubleshooting. Great service.

Also I love the product and its ease of use. Cables are builtin compact and the deflate button is great for my motorcycle offroad use to reduce tire pressure accurately.

The company was very supportive.They resolved my situation promptly without any issues.

I had an issue with my order. It was corrected within an hour.

I like that it's portable/small and easy to fit anywhere in the car. I don't like that it looses its charge quickly. In fact I tried putting some air in one of my tires just today and it died out in about 30 seconds even though it had a full charge. So I'm not sure what good it is if you were stuck needing to even bring your tire pressure up just a little. I suppose they want you to buy the car charger accessory? Charging it in your home and keeping it in your car for an "emergency" on the road won't work.

Overall, I am fairly happy with the Airmoto Smart Air Pump.

Likes:
1) It stops when the preset air pressure is reached.
2) Their chat customer service was very quick in helping me today.
3) I like how compact the Smart Air Pump is.
4) It charges very fast on the USB charger.
5) I like the light it comes with.

Dislikes:

1) Was a bit pricy.
2) The flexible hose with schrader valve got stripped just yesterday.
3) It gets discharged relatively fast. I can't even inflate all of my car tires before it runs out of power.
4) I actually don't like how that female side of the schrader valve connects to car and bike tires. It lends itself to getting stripped after several uses, which happened to me yesterday. Wish it was the type of standard valve connection where it goes over the valve.

But because of all the Likes I listed, I recommend this product to others.

I just realized that I am paying monthly for "VIP Customer Benifits." It shows up on my original order, but the cost was nothing. I am now being charged once a month. For what? I never agreed to this. I have tried to log in to the website, but I keep going around in circles and can't cancel. I would like airmoto to stop charging me at once and I would like a refund for the VIP charges.

They replaced the unit after over a year!

Lara was amazing! I had a defective air moto device and I called customer service about it at 11am. Lara asked for a video and copy of the purchase receipt and by 3pm a new device was shipped out to me. Definitely recommend this company.

I requested a printable version of the Users Manual. The request was fulfilled almost immediately, within minutes.
