Get Set Clean Bewertungen

I've used Get Set Clean on and off over the past several years. On the whole, the cleaners have been brilliant, going above and beyond in terms of detail including covering points I hadn't mentioned specifically.

I have an elderly cat who can get spooked around cleaners, but every one of them has been very considerate of our old gentlemen. They have been polite and easy to deal with.

The team running the show also have great communication and the online booking service has made a real difference to ease of booking too.

I couldn’t have run our Airbnb for three weeks while we were away without this team! I contacted them just days before my departure and they stepped in and sorted absolutely everything - from linens to coordinating four full changeovers.

Communication was clear and quick throughout. They sent photos via WhatsApp after each guest checked out and again once the house was ready for the next arrival - so I always knew exactly what was happening. When questions came up, they asked when they needed to, and made sensible decisions on the spot when they couldn’t reach me and all the cleaners deliver an exceptional standard of cleaning!

They were genuinely the dream team to work with. I’ve rarely come across a company so easy and efficient to work with and delivering such consistently high cleaning standards. They’re brilliant - employ them without hesitation! Your house will be cleaner and your life simpler!!

Galina did a fabulous job cleaning my apartment today.
Thank you

Brilliant service with very speedy response always and thorough clean job!

Get Set Clean were incredibly brilliant from start to finish. To begin with they were very accommodating with our multiple requests as we needed someone to help clean and provide linen between multiple guests. They set up a whatsapp chat and were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Then on the day of the first clean we were there and Laura arrived exactly at the time she said they would and she worked tirelessly with a wonderful attitude to make our house look better than I had ever seen it before. It was exactly what we needed and I couldn't recommend them (and Laura) more. They also take before and after photos, so if you are not around you are kept up to date with progress.

I used Get Set Clean in between two sets of Airbnb guests staying, while I was abroad. Everything was so smooth - their communication was just excellent throughout (and messaged me on WhatsApp so it was really instant!) and I felt in really safe hands with them. They listened carefully to my instructions, and even sent before and after photos! My cleaner was Narcisa and she cleaned so wonderfully, and everything looked brilliant at the end, I would definitely book her again! Thanks team, and Narcisa, I will definitely be in touch again soon for my next clean!

I’m a uni student with dogs that shed like crazy and honestly I can’t keep up. Get Set Clean saved me. The lady who came was so nice and didn’t mind the dogs jumping around. She got all the fur out of the carpets and even cleaned behind the sofa which I never do 😅 My place actually smells clean now. Worth every penny.

Great company, very professional via email and telephone.
My cleaner Irina arrived on time and we made a quick plan for the two bedroom flat. I supplied the products and she also gave me advice for some products to use and maintain the flat.
after completing a room/bathroom Irina would aske me to inspect and make sure I was happy,
I had booked for 3 hours but went to 4 as I wanted a good clean, she also made up a bed and helped replace the sofa covers that I had washed.
Irina was friendly and a very hard worker cleaning to a high standard.
I have already recommended to a couple of neighbors and look forward to my next treat clean.

Get Set Clean are fantastic!! We have been using them for our two service accommodation flats. Clear communication , on time and the work is done to a very high standard . We appreciate all their efforts each time !

Awful experience with regular 2-bedroom cleaning: wrong products used, toilet seat ruined, as well as bathroom natural stone, despite all appropriate products being provided and shown. Cleaners don't speak English, so impossible to communicate. Company denies responsibility. We'll have to initiate a legal action, as it will cost a lot of money to restore the bathroom stone they ruined in our rented flat.

Get Set Clean are excellent to work with - great communication, very reliable and top quality work. I have worked with them numerous times already and would highly recommend them.

Get Set Clean were able to provide a bridge before we secured a local cleaner. We had used them before in similar circumstances and they were great in getting someone in at a date and time suited to us. Their communication is really very good and the cleaner - Laura - was also amazing. Highly recommended!

Fantastic cleaners, very reliable. Good service.

Excellent services. Great communication and outstanding cleaning. Highly recommend them.

I am in the midst of moving flats and Anna came to my new flat to clean it pre move. She was amazing and wonderful. Extremely thorough, and made my life so much easier during my move because I was then able to move into a very clean, sparkling new flat!!

Can’t recommend these guys enough. Got into a sticky situation with sheets and these guys helped sort it out! Their service is always impeccable, the place was left spotless. Very happy customer !!

Highly recommend these cleaners. They really truly care about your place. Try them out i guarantee you won’t regret it.

Great first clean from Gina. Very thorough and efficient - the house is now looking good ready for Airbnb guests

The team could not have been more helpful. They were in contact throughout the whole process, had to collect the keys from the estate agents and went above and beyond to clean the flat! We are super grateful and would recommend get set clean to everyone!

I have used Get Set Clean for a couple of years. Their cleaners are reliable and always do a good job. Also, the people in the office are helpful and make it easy to make or change bookings
