I've been with them for about a decade. One of the best customer service I've experienced. Quick to respond and they go above and beyond to listen and support you. They definitely put the customer first.

had the same experience as others have mentioned in other reviews. i hadnt received my tracking #after 15 days. then found an email saying my order could not continue until i had a call with Vitamin Lab about my medical history. They state this is a requirement of Health Canada. I told them im not interested in sharing my medical information for vitamins and to cancel and refund me. They then told me they would be charging me a 25% cancelation fee. When i asked what the cancelation fee was for. they fed me the same lies they have told others. They claim the processing has already started. Which is a lie since they haven't had the "medical call'. When i pointed that out they said work starts on the formula. Which is a lie since the formula is auto generated and given to me as soon as i paid. It ended up costing me 20 something dollars, which is a small price to pay to learn what type of people are running this business. And to be clear the required Medical call is not the reason im giving them 1 star. Its the preditory cancelation fee on no services provided, no product provided, and no work completed. A company that needs to claw back $20 rather then build goodwill is a company to avoid. Terrible business service mindset.
UPDATE - My cancellation was also not processed. Was billed again after all this. Sure mistakes happen and they did reimburse me immediately. I wasn't even charged the 20% fee for all the work they claim must have been happening on the order for the 3 weeks that i hadn't noticed they charged me. Like said in the above review, the formula is auto generated at signup, no work is done prior to the call they want for your medical history. The cancellation fee is a claw back on all the customers they lose.

From being told about Vitaminlab to receiving my very first personalised order, nothing in the process was difficult in fact the process was seamless from start to finish. Vitaminlab customer service team are amazingly helpful and very supportive, you feel like they genuinely really care about the journey you are going on to improve your health. My entire order process was done via email from New Zealand with zero stress at all throughout the process. What an amazing concept to have all your required vitamins personalised into your own prescription pill and shipped to your doorstep as one airtight parcel. So grateful I found Vitaminlab to biohack my health.

This company is what I've been looking for. I've used AI and a ton of biohacking studies to design the perfect stack for what I want, and downloaded their entire catalogue to fine tune the order automatically. I've been a customer for probably over a year now and happy with the supplements and friendly customer service. VitaminLab is one of the very few companies that actually allows you to choose exactly what ingredients (and dose) you want to include. This is really a big point for me as things like B vitamin supplements tend to include less effective/harmful variants or too low dose.
I've noticed some people complain about the billing. It's a bit confusing but basically they send you three months supply upfront then bill 3 times once per month. The 'per month' price is displayed clearly, so just keep in mind that you get a full 3 months supply every 3months but billing is done monthly

Really great experience buying from Vitaminlab. I came to them because I was tired of paying so much for vitamins that weren't methylated and frankly overloaded with b vitamins, or when they had the amounts/quality I was looking for they had a litany of other herbs that I wasn't keen on mixing with my regular vitamin Rregimen. So after researching I found this company on a Forbes article and decided to give it a try. I was able to make my own personal multivitamin formula and able to dose it down to the microgram. They had a huge selection of premium vitamins, amino acids and other supplements so it was really a cool process, like legos for the health nut. Anyhow, after I received my multi, I felt noticeably fantastic compared to any multivitamin I have ever taken before. Best of the best here, and on top of that the customer service was the best. Super knowledgeable and super friendly, they can walk you through any questions about supplements, suggestions to overall direction of your supplement regime and questions on orders. This place is the real deal. Overall, yes I will say it may be a tad expensive, but I was paying just as much for other companies (who are great and reputable) but just never gave me that extra pep feeling of health that I was hoping to feel. I gave this one a shot and it's been the best. If your looking for that and haven't found it, just give them a try!

Creating formulas is easy and intuitive, and VitaminLab provides excellent resources to support the process. I highly recommend Meghan Konrad, Holistic Nutrition Consultant, who was extremely helpful in providing guidance about formula objectives and ingredients.

I love that I can discuss health goals and have an expert nutritionist help me come up with a plan. I scheduled a phone call with Meghan - she was kind and personable and knowledgeable about the supplements. She answered all of my questions. She was also super responsive to emails. So great to be able to customize a multivitamin!

I dont often feel the need to write positive reviews but they have great customer service. It does take a while to get your initial shipment but that's to be expected with custom formulations, after that they have the lead time for delivery nailed down.

Amazing company! Excellent communication as well. I'm on a subscription and anytime I need to cancel or edit the formulation, it's seamless.

Paid two months of subscriptions, estimated time range was wrong twice.
Parcel is now in the Netherlands, going to Germany and then bound for the UK.
Meaning I will have paid nearly three months of subscriptions for a parcel over three months late.
The excuse by VitaminLab?
We are moving warehouse so everything is slow.
Won't be using their services again.
Oh, I also requested a refund if my order is not fulfilled by a certain date, turns out, they were waiting to send my order in a bulk shipment.
Meaning I waited TEN (10) DAYS for my order that was already completed and packaged, to be sent with some others.
They really make you feel special eh.
Can't imagine I'll be getting my £240 order before the third billing cycle ends, laughable really.

Edit: They have waived my third payment cycle which I do appreciate, I'll move my rating from a one star to a three star for this, though I did have to ask for it.
