I received my order in a timely fashion. The only thing that would make the selection better for me would be if the company made extra-small sizes as the shirts seem to run large. The material is nice and comfortable. My criticism is their return policy. I contacted them about returning 1 of 5 shirts, as it just did not look good on me in any way. Their final offer was to refund me $20. of the original $35+.

I love shopping on this site. I gave my recent experience a 3 because of the shipping. I ordered this shirt on December 30. When I still had not received it by January 30, I sent an email. After that it was delivered approximately 6 days later. Waiting for an order for 5 to 6 weeks is too long and totally unacceptable!

My family and I are extremely satisfied with the quality of this clothing line, it is true to the description and the pictures of what we ordered on the website and they fit perfectly however, Geymy does not provide adequate customer service or tracking information so we were not sure we would even receive our order but we did finally and are very happy with our order. I would order from this company again if they they get their customer service department in order and on point.

I ordered this three weeks before I was giving it as a gift and days short of a month I received the message below. If this is made in the US how on earth could it take a month to arrive. Very disappointed. (Label Created, not yet in system.

There is no easy return policy!! Never buy from them. What a scam!

Well, my delivery was late so I thought maybe this company was a scam. But, when my shirts finally arrived I couldn’t believe how cute they were. I must’ve received a dozen compliments. I will be shopping here again!

Easy to order and quality products,

Surprisingly quick delivery. Tops fit good. Prints are a bit pixelated. The photos look much better than the actual top.

The shipping takes a while so be prepared to wait. However, the quality of the clothing is great! My items are true to size and look exactly as the picture shows them to.

All the shirts are made of very quality material with beautiful colors. Most of them have such a great fit. I love that they are made in America. I am having to return a few that don’t fit… so, I am hoping the return process is just as great.

After reading that the items were made and shipped from Charlotte NC , I decided to order. The grammar in the descriptions should have been a red flag (broken English typical of foreign translations). But I ordered anyway. Ordered 5 tops. Decided to return 3 because of fit and material quality. When I requested return authorization they offered me $21 for items that I paid $110. I told them no I wanted a full refund, they offered me $40. I told them no, they told me I’d have to pay expensive international shipping to Dubai. When I questioned why Dubai when they lie and say items are made in the USA. They offered me $50. I told them I would take $70, but they refused and said that their “receiving facility” was different from their “shipping facility”. I am returning the items for a full refund.
UPDATE:
So I checked with USPS and FedEx - the cheapest cost for international shipping to Dubai was $58. When I consider the actual net balance from my original cost, I agreed to take the $50 settlement and keep the clothing. But I will never order from them again and will definitely check return policy before ordering any clothing online.

I have submitted two reviews about the same item - one was mostly regarding shipping issues and a garment fit issue given to me by the person I sent it to as a gift. The 2nd review was 2 months later after I saw the item in person at my friend's house and saw the fabric looked nothing like what was shown in the photo.

Neither one was printed by Geymy. They show nine 5-star reviews for this item, the Beat The Chills Wrap.

When I ordered this item, I mistakenly gave the street address for my friend instead of the delivery address, so the item was returned to Geymy. I was hoping Geymy would waive the 2nd shipping cost, but they didn't. So I asked that they send it again and i paid the 2nd shipping cost. And then I kept asking for the tracking info on the 2nd shipment and they told me they would send me a code "when it became available, and be patient, it can take awhile". When I asked for the 3rd time, I was told it was delivered the day before and here is the tracking info! Wow! Not impressed with customer service. I could tell by the tracking info that this came from a foreign country and the package was transferred to a US company.

My first review centered around this shipping issue and the fact that my friend said the item was oddly constructed, making it difficult to raise her right arm. This review was not published.

My 2nd review was after I viewed it in person and could see that the fabric was a smooth and thin microfiber, NOT the knit sweater type material in the photo. I then went to search for the fabric content, and there was NONE listed. Very odd for an online clothing company to not list fabric content.

I would never order from them again.

Buyer beware. I ordered 3 tops in November 2022 and they have still not arrived. Contacting customer support seems useless, they just say "its on its way".

I usually don't order clothes online. This time I could not resist. The choices of shirts were amazing and original. I didn't think I would look as good as the model, but surprisingly they fit me just like the model. The material is so comfortable and the sizes were perfect.

You cannot return an item if it does not fit correctly. Worst return policy I have ever seen! Buyer beware!

I ordered two shirts after I swore to myself never again on Facebook. Typically it is some cheap overseas product that is sized incorrectly! So happy I made this purchase! Both shirts are darling and sized perfectly for me! I will shop with Geymy again for sure!!!

Beautiful clothes! Very different and fun and fit is accurate! So comfy and flattering. I'm a fan!!
