Comprata nel 2023 e sostituita già 3 volte per malfunzionamento. Spia rossa.
Trovo inaccettabile che un prodotto di questa qualità e fascia di prezzo continui a non funzionare correttamente. Bocciata!

They shouldn't sign themselves up to Top cashback and then just decline the payment. They're dangling a carrot to get you to purchase and then when you do they snatch the carrot away. I love the products but will stick to third party retailers in future. Very unprofessional.

Pessimi. La piastra non funziona dopo meno di 10 mesi ma soprattutto servizio clienti assente. Ho spedìto la piastra in assistenza e se la sono persa. Naturalmente nessuna risposta da parte loro

I wanted to amend a delivery address following a failed delivery. Evri only offer a 'trusted neighbour' or 'safe place' option so I hoped that GHD could change the delivery address to my work address which is in the same town. I used the chat function and once I'd managed to speak to a real person I relaised the chatbot was more helpful. The reason given for not changing the delivery address is that the warehouse works on a real-time fulfilment process, this does not explain why an order cannot be amended though. Lazy and very 'computer says no' attitude to customer service.

Seconda ha cominciato a non funzionare più e lampeggiare dopo un anno dall’acquisto, mandata via in garanzia, mi è’ arrivata una mail dove diceva che e’ stato riscontrato un danno accidentale, quindi non me la sostituivano senza poter rispondere alla mail,allora ho provato a chiamare sono stata al telefono un sacco di tempo per riuscire a parlare con qualcuno, per sentirmi dire che sulla punta c’è una crepa che la piastra l’ho rotta io,calcolando che il pomeriggio del gg prima era venuto il corriere a prenderla e loro alle 11 del giorno dopo già sapevano il guasto 😂😂proprio velocissimi😂😂penso che ancora era nel furgone del gls 🤣🤣ma vabbè, comunque in 4 anni ho speso 600 euro per aver in mano un pugno di mosche,sono vergognosi.

Achat d’un lisseur Gold en octobre 2023 n’a plus fonctionné un mois plus tard remplacé rapidement et le nouveau ne fonctionne plus depuis une semaine !!!
Bilan 2 lisseurs HS en un peu plus d’un an quelle déception 😡

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. Such a terrible unprofessional company to buy from directly. I ordered 3 x duet blow dryer in November and it took 6 phone calls numerous emails to receive them all finally today almost 2 months later. They also apologised and said they would like to say sorry by sending some products for free since they had €840 of my money and no delivery for 2 months and in the end sent me one little bottle of heat protection. Pathetic, their products are great but I will never ever again buy directly off them.

Sono rammaricata per l'acquisto della piastra ghd platinum mi è durata 10 mesi,dopodiché è comparsa una spia rossa e la piastra è diventata inutilizzabile.
La cosa peggiore è stata la gestione successiva da parte della società ghd essendo il prodotto in garanzia, ho seguito la procedura ovvero
È stato ritirato il prodotto a casa dal corriere e dopo solo 2 giorni mi è arrivata la comunicazione che il prodotto andava restituito e che la garanzia non sarebbe stata attivata in quanto dalla foto per loro era caduto ...assurdo non è vero mai accaduto...
Giochino della ghd è stato quella della indicazione di riacquistare un altra piastra allo sconto del 30%...assurdo

Would never buy from GHD again. Service has been awful, asked for complaints procedure 4 times and then got a cheeky email from a senior manager supposedly saying sorry can’t do anything to help but here’s 20% off a new product. NO THANK YOU!!! I’ll take my money elsewhere and buy a cheaper product that will actually do what it’s supposed to do!!

Volevo fare un reclamo in merito ad ogni acquisto fatto per il prodotto piastra ghd gold. Non è possibile che dopo 6 mesi o 1 anno la mia piastra ha avuto un blocco con luce lampeggiante rosso e non si scalda. Per fortuna con la garanzia sono riuscita a recuperare il tutto ma non è possibile che dopo Dopo 2 anni si è ripresentato lo stesso difetto con la nuova piastra cambiata in sostituzione alla prima. RIPETO NON È POSSIBILE che devo cacciare 187,00€ per una piastra dove anche con varie recensioni lette hanno tutte lo stesso difetto buona in parte ma così portate i clienti a non comprare più difatti io NON COPRERÓ PIÙ se poi una piastra che pago tanto non deve durarmi BENE NEANCHE UN ANNO! a differenza di altre piastra avuto che mai mi hanno dato questo problema! Se sapete che il difetto è questo è anche se la mia garanzia era scaduta minimo me la dovevate ricambiare no che mi si fa uno sconto su una piastra che vedo sul sito che è già scontata il tutto solo per fregare i clienti! Darò delle recensioni negative in merito a tutto ciò!

Ottimi prodotti per un tempo limitato, ultimo acquisto una piastra duet pagata piu di 400 euro, durata poco piu di un snno….non e’ stato possibile inviarla in assistenza (nemmeno pagando). Precedenti acquisti durata 1 anno!!! Peccato perche’ mi trovo bene ma non li compreremo mai piu

Customer service? I don’t think they even understand the word. I accidentally ordered the wrong product for my wife’s birthday and there was zero help in trying to get this rectified for me. I was told I would have to pay to return the item and then could no longer used the discount code I had so would end up costing me about £65 more including the postage.

Piastre che dopo pochi mesi smettono di funzionare!dopo averla mandata in assistenza, rispondono che non è in garanzia e propongono sostituzione al prezzo conveniente di altri 200 euro! vergognoso!!!

GHD will not replace my straighteners that are faulty due to no cause of my own which are 5 months old.

I purchased some GHD straighteners in March 2024. The wire end of the straighteners became lose and then started to make a buzzing noise and then finally made a bang which stopped them from working completely, even the wire was able to come completely detached from the straighteners as it was so loose. I thought it would be a simple process to request a replacement as I could be certain I had not caused the damage myself. I was also well within the year’s warranty.

They have accused me many times whilst going back and forth by email that great force must have been applied or they have been dropped which is quite hard to hear when I know this is not the case.

Do not order from GHD as they can not guarantee you the warranty you deserve.

sono pienamente soddisfatta dalla facilita con cui si riesce a contattare l’azienda,dell’organizzazione con cui si riesce a prenotare il ritiro della piastra e della velocità per la sostituzione…non mi sembra vero!!

La mia piastra pagata 250 euro,dopo 7 mesi é da buttare perché non esiste un centro riparazioni e hanno fatto decadere la garanzia con la scusa del danno da caduta accidentale,assolutamente falso in quanto la custodisco con molta cura e non l'ho mai fatta cadere!Oltretutto piastre tanto costose non dovrebbero rompersi cosí facilmente se fossero davvero di buona qualità!

Pessima esperienza, azienda poco seria. Vende prodotti difettosi a caro prezzo, che si guastano prima della garanzia o al limite della stessa. Il centro assistenza non ripara, né sostituisce i prodotti difettosi. È un Centro assistenza fraudolento, risponde a tutti che la garanzia del prodotto è decaduta a causa di un danno accidentale anche se non è vero. La mia styler ha smesso di funzionare mentre la stavo usando, si è accesa una luce rossa lampeggiante e ha smesso all' improvviso di funzionare. Abbiamo inviato il prodotto al fantomatico centro assistenza perfettamente integro nell' aspetto (anche se non funzionante) e ci è stato restituito tutto graffiato. Hanno provveduto a rovinare il prodotto per giustificare la motivazione del danno accidentale.

I bought GHD original straighteners online from the GHD shop. Order dispatched 16th October 2023. Received yesterday. Today, 18th October, I called to report that the bleep to let you know the straighteners have reached temperature was not working. After going back and forth, Nikki, the customer service advisor told me that I could return them but I would have to pay postage and packing as they were "still working" even though they were not bleeping. Disgruntled at the very least! I was not happy from the start as when asked for my order number Nicky (I don't know spelling) said "no no no that's not the right number it starts with a 2!" Definitely needs some customer training. Nowhere on my invoice does the order number that starts with 2 appear.
