Amazing!!!! Helped with a lot of things I never knew how to do on the server !!! I recommend this team and servers for games !! 100% would make more servers with these guys!!!

Top quality I tell you hwhat. Got a great deal, server is blazing fast. For reference- I was using another hosting provider that sucked the big one for my satisfactory server. I moved my save game over to ghostcap(which appears to be gamehostbros as well mind you) and instantly my game was running great. The exact same save file was using only 14% total cpu out of four vcores on ghostcap and running smooth as a buttered train rail whilst on my old provider it was pegged.

I'll be using ghostcap or gamehostbros going forward over all the other game host providers I've tried.

Had some issues with connections to my server, but the owner/support agent got to the root of the issue, and fixed it very well to my satisfaction.

Previously when using other providers, whenever we bought a server it would take upwards of an hour to actually be able to play on it. We were all surprised when we were able to join the server within 5 minutes of ordering. Very low friction and made it easy for us to just plug and play a server on a whim

Very good server hoster, have not experienced server lag. Has been able to run our highly generated world with multiple players builds and lots of entities. Only thing I could not figure out was how to download a file after compressing it but that was faulty on my end mostly.

I would like to start this off by saying this is by far the best server host experience I've had by miles.

One thing I was looking for that I really liked that I noticed a lot of other hosts don't do is list off what CPU the servers are utilizing.

We found Ghostcap through looking for good server hosts that list off the CPU that the server uses due to some other hosts lagging and found someone on Reddit who I can't remember their name that was posting about Ghostcap being a good host.

On server setup it had the essentials pinned already for me so I could edit the server .json and the mods folder to add mods.

I had no lag at all with ~4-6 players exploring and playing the game. No stutters, no sudden spikes, just consistent gameplay.

-With OTHER server hosts without naming names my friends and I would get random stutters and instances where we'd teleport backwards.

The dashboard showed me our CPU and Ram usage and the CPU usage was very minimal and ram usage almost never went above ~4gb except on startup/server restarts even with players moving in different directions generating chunks.

Overall I would recommend this server host to anyone who is looking to host a game with an easy to use UI and a lag free experience!

Initially setting the server up can be very confusing but I (a decently technological person) after a couple hours of trying to do it myself, made a support ticket and then the poor admin who got stuck with me(Banhmisaurus) was immensely helpful, very good at what he did and very patient with my many issues and incorrections. For the price i paid im not expecting some hypixel level server, but it seems to be working fine now ive gotten a handle of the software. All in all thank u veryy much Banh and u defo deserve a raise lol : )

I was having issues installing an overhaul mod onto my 7 days to die server and both Michael and Angus kept working with me until we got the server working just right. They helped get the mod working, and then assisted again when I put a map file in the wrong location. This was done pretty fast, and had us up and running within a couple hours (due to download time for the mod). Michael actually downloaded the mod and installed it on his PC just to be able to check that it worked prior to letting me know it was fixed. That is top notch right there...instead of waiting for me to test it and see, he made sure before he told me it was up!

I wanted to do a custom 7 days to die server and shopped around a little, it was hard making a decision since there are SO MANY. so I did what any logical person does, I asked ChatGPT which one to go with and it said GhostCap, because of their newer hardware and server quality. Well she wasn't lying, these server are pristine! that's not even the icing on the cake, I broke my server being over ambitious changing foles around, so I had to open a ticket to see what I did wrong. you know you normally open a support ticket on most websites and you're lucky to hear back in 24 hrs? These guys responded within 5 minutes which blew my mind, on top of that they clearly explained where I went wrong and how to fix it. If you reliable and professionalism I 110% recommend GhostCap.

My experience with Ghostcap was beyond excellent! First off setting up the server was instant and adding the mods was a piece of cake, literally just drag and drop and boom. I highly recommend Ghostcap and in the future will be using their services again. 100/100

Used it for a modded Terraria playthrough, and have nothing but good experiences. Very cheap, didn’t have any connection issues, had it up 24/7 and no problems! Definitely recommend, affordable, efficient! The interface is very similar to a lot of other server hosting sites so if you get lost, a lot of the stuff is self explanatory or videos, even from other hosting services, are applicable to GhostCap.

This is the first time I've used their services. It was for a Hytale server, and I honestly couldn't be happier. The server runs without lag, you can scale it whenever you want, and the price-to-performance ratio is incredible. That's what made me choose them even though I didn't know them before. Plus, you can have unlimited players on the server (of course, you have to add more RAM for more players), but while other servers limit you to 20-30 players because you don't have the option for more RAM, Ghostcap lets you add an unlimited number. Furthermore, they've directly integrated the mods for this game from Courseforge, making it very easy to add them to your server and keep them updated.

I had a minor issue with my server while playing games, and not only did they respond incredibly quickly to my support ticket, but they also pinpointed the problem. What I appreciated most was that they contacted me again a few hours later, checking if I had tried their suggestion to see if it had resolved the issue. This kind of concern is what prompted me to write a review here. I've been using servers for games, websites, and other services for many years, and this is the first time that they've contacted me to check if the problem was fixed, even though I hadn't replied.
