I found ordering a straight forward process with a good selection of gift choices. Also pleased that the order would be assembled and sent from a location in OZ rather than incur further costs through international delivery. Would use them again for future family celebrations.

Disappointing order process
I really liked the variety of products in various price brackets. But the ordering system is bad. I bought 4 gifts, selected the ribbons for each one (4 different colours) and 4 thankyou cards with an identical message. Pressed the button that said I wanted the same messageon all 4 thankyou cards. Only received one thankyou card and no ribbons. Contacted the business. They just said I made the error. Didnt even want to discuss it further. There are equally good sites with better customer service.
