BIG FRAUD! DON"T USE THEM! KEEP AWAY!I got a 5000 rupees voucher for my sister in January for her birthday. First of all it was not delivered on time. Second of all she couldn't use it Chennai or nearby since no Spencer store is available. All closed for good. When I contacted customer service they refused to give online purchase. I have been trying for the past 6 months. They don't care about the customer losing money! I lost the 5000 rupees. Worst of all it was a gift for birthday which the recepient couldn't use.KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!

Ordering from giftstoindia24x7 is like a lucky dip. Recently placed an order for anniverssary, and when checked by 4pm nothing has been delivered. Customer service said the gift will be delivered by 8pm, but never delivered. By that time the customer service was closed and no one to contact. When complained there was no explanation of what happened and said they will do a refund. The strategy for them is simple, take the order and if not delivered do a refund. They loose nothing. This was for a 50th anniverssary and because of them I missed it completely and will never get a chance. If it is for a normal birthday you can take risk with this company, else never order from them.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The cake was beautifully designed, fresh, and tasted amazing. It arrived on time and looked even better than expected. The quality, attention to detail, and customer service were excellent. Everyone at the celebration loved it and kept asking where it was from. I would definitely order again and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a special cake.

I made on 1st May 2026 for a total of AUD 40.73 (Payment ID: pay_Sk3suRVO98Jqym). The order was intended for Mother’s Day.
I purchased a bunch of 50 red roses in a cane-woven wooden basket alongside a heart-shaped cake (1x Passionate Bloom & Sweet Indulgence). While my payment was processed successfully and I received a Razorpay receipt, I never received an actual order confirmation number, item details, or tracking information from your company.
The items have still not been delivered, and Mother's Day has now passed. Could you please look into this urgently and provide an immediate update on the status of my order or issue a full refund?

Horrundous experience..basically the person who attends the call or office in Gariahat branch..recently i rev6 a gift from USA in two intervals which were quite expensive according our currency..but received totally fungus chocolate and fruit quality like absolutely low ..flowers were ok ok..and some other things were just like bought from stock clearance it sell..my American friend got so disappointed..when he called they even didn't pick up the call..when I tried to talk..one very ill-mannered indecent male attend the call and asked me that whether I know the taste of chocolate or not..I feel this platform might have served good but now after didho est profit only.. specially it's very disappointing when becoz of such businessman india gets dishonored it criticized badly..shame on such people..I feel us guy will definitely avoid ..coz this man thought dollar payers are fools.

I placed a Valentine’s Day order as a surprise and specifically asked customer service if I could track the delivery so I would know the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, they did not provide any tracking details.

When the delivery was attempted, the recipient was asleep and did not answer the call. I completely understand that this was not the delivery person’s fault. In fact, the delivery driver was polite, professional, and genuinely tried to help resolve the situation with minimal inconvenience.

However, when I contacted customer service to request a reattempt the next day, I was told that the order would be marked as “delivered” regardless of whether the recipient actually received it. I was informed that if I wanted the item delivered again, I would need to place a new order and pay again. There was no option offered for a redelivery or refund.

I find this policy extremely disappointing. As a customer, I made a reasonable request for tracking information in advance, and when a genuine delivery issue occurred, there was no flexibility or effort from customer service to help resolve it fairly.

The delivery staff handled the situation professionally, but the customer support experience was very poor. I expected better service, especially for a special occasion order.

Never ever order from them unless u want to spoiled someone birthday first of all never deliver on time second they deliver broken items and never take responsibility I wish I could leave 0 star . And items u been charged never delivered no idea where they disappeared when u ask they don’t believe keep saying it’s been delivered never received item lost money they stopped responding they messed up my nephew and niece birthday would never ever order again

I’ve had a fantastic experience with this company today, but thinking back in the past, the same applies. I hadn’t ordered for a while but this year for my wedding anniversary I needed to and only placed the order last night online.
I was updated a few hours later and the cake arrived fresh and on time , I was concerned the cake may get damaged in transit but the icing was untouched, arrived on time and apparently tasted delicious. Thanks for great service!

Extremely rude and unacceptable behavior from the vendor manager. I received a call from someone identifying himself as Soumen Roy, a vendor manager, who was abusive, ill-mannered, and even threatening—easily the worst customer interaction I’ve ever experienced.

Order ID: GTI2267622/2026: I had booked a gift on Jan 14 for delivery on Jan 19 through GiftstoIndia24x7, with full payment made in advance. The order status kept showing “Processed, will be delivered,” but customer care calls went unanswered and live chat was useless.

Although the gift was finally delivered around 8 pm, it was too late—the anniversary ceremony was already over. Very disappointing service, made worse by the shockingly rude behavior. I hope no other customer has to deal with this.
