UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARROGANT GLENDALE EMPLOYEE
An unprofessional employee of this company thought that it was funny to block parents in car parking bays in a car park in South Shields yesterday who were waiting to pick kids up from school.
He was the driver of a Glendale Services van for which he later claimed to be the manager which I highly doubt.
He was clearly very busy in the middle of a work day and when he was politely asked to move the van after clearly showing no intention of doing so and sauntering around the car park, he arrogantly said I was to wait 5 minutes and refused to move.
Upon challenging him, he was a fine display of everything that you would not want to represent your company.
He eventually moved and engaged in conversation with a male driver about how daft I was for daring to have a reaction to him attempting to dismiss me.
I wonder if he would have acted the same if a man had got out of the car and asked him to move or if he was blocked in himself.
His silent front seat colleague was equally as culpable, who sat silently observing whilst on his mobile phone throughout this interaction.
If this is how employees of Glendale treat members of the public I would avoid at all costs.
