I first contacted Shanice two weeks ago. In that short time, she seamlessly arranged both the ADHD Diagnostic and Management courses for myself and my colleague.

Throughout the booking process her communication was exceptional. She ensured all login details and payments were processed smoothly, and proactively called and emailed to confirm we were fully prepared for the courses.

Shanice is efficient, professional, and genuinely supportive. Her service made the entire process stress-free.

Where possible, can there be consideration for professionals who have not worked in ADHD / or have not had relevant ADHD training. At times I felt out of my comfort zone when other people were demonstrating so much knowledge and experience and I had none.

Overall , course was great.
