My order arrived a month later
My order arrived a month later, was not kept up to date and could not track it. As it was a large order I felt that customer service was shocking. They arrived after I had sent two emails. The crates themselves are okay. I ordered these as part of a renovation for my grandsons bedroom that had to be put on hold as the joiner had only a small window of time to build the shelf unit for them. I would not order anything again from this company.

I am so sorry that the delivery of crates took so long to arrive, I can see you ordered in July when we were in the middle of a warehouse move which caused a number of problems with locating stock. We are now out the other side and in a much better position. I am truly sorry that you were caught up in this. Best wishes Lisa
Appalling experience
I placed an order for six items on 17th August, which arrived seven days later. Unfortunately, one item was missing.
What followed was extremely disappointing. It took 11 emails and nearly a month for the missing item to finally be sent.
To be fair, they did respond to every email within 48 hours. However, the response was repeatedly the same: “We will ship the item as a priority.” This continued for 25 days, but the item still wasn’t dispatched.
In my final email, I made it clear that I was extremely unhappy with the situation, questioned their customer service and said I would take the matter further if it wasn't resolved.
Remarkably, within two hours — almost to the minute — of sending that email, my missing item was dispatched.
Once the order was finally complete, I was happy with the products and pleased with the quality. Unfortunately, though, this was my first experience with the company, and the way the missing item was handled has completely put me off ordering from them again.

It is difficult to review the product…
It is difficult to review the product as I still haven't received it. I have followed the tracking link which confirms that the delivery service have received the order but nothing else. The live chat doesn't work either. I will give it two more days and then consider cancelling the order and buying the product elsewhere.

I am so sorry that we let you down with our delivery, I can see that you have been issued a full refund. Apologies for the confusion over live chat, we don't have live chat however the button for recommended products can easily be mistaken as live chat - therefore we have updated the logo following your feedback. Best wishes Lisa

Thanks for getting in touch, I have done some investigations into your order and I can see that you have returned a bookcase you ordered as it wasn't the right size for your needs, however the return was sent to the wrong warehouse. We haven't yet refunded as my colleague Sally has requested information on where this was posted to as we can't issue a refund until we receive the goods. If you can reply to Sally's email on 27th August to clarify we can then discuss next steps. Best wishes Lisa
