WORST COMPANY EVER - AVOID AVOID
WORST COMPANY EVER. Never use them. I was first pre approved. I wanted to give a high deposit so I could bring the monthly payments down. They wanted to know where the deposit came from so I said from my brother. Gave the bank statements and showed proof of transfer. She then refused it on the basis of we don’t think you can afford £210 a month on the finance and have refuse me. Spoke to their manager Taylor. She couldn’t come up with some stupid excuse that we’re not satisfied with high deposit. Bunch of lying untrained and unprofessional idiots. Kept changing their statements.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Karina is one in a million I would of…
Karina is one in a million I would of gave the car back I think if it wasn’t for her helpful and concerned communication she listened to me and she really helped everytime I needed her… I am I autistic vulnerable adult most people fob me off or don’t understand me as I come across very blunt and she calmed me down and she was just lovely she should be promoted or at least a raise for her unbelievable communication skills with customers who are on the spectrum xx

Between go car credit and DSG worst…
Between go car credit and DSG worst company ever. False promises and lots of lies. Tell you youve been accepted blah blah then want you to magic up a document you cant. Then say all approved but hear nothing. Poor dealer sat at garage over closing time waiting so I could collect vehicle which I havent been able to do. Quick approval and payments HELL NO, JUST A BUNCH OF USELESS LYING STAFF WITH FALSE PROMISES STAY CLEAR!!!
