All routine work the doctor was professional and gave very good advice and information.

Running behind about 25 minutes for the appointment,fair enough it does happen.
Excellent consultation and though and gave a injection,which has seemed to work so far.We were also advised to get some cat paste and if symptoms were no better in a couple of days,we would call for antibiotic treatment.
Receptionist was also very nice as well
The Consulation is a bit dearer than my other one,but had piece of mind knowing she was seen the next day.Thankyou.

Goddard Vets in South Woodford are absolutely amazing. We rushed our dog in after a groomer left him missing part of his ear and they were so quick, effective and kind. They saw him immediately, and got him into surgery the next day - he’s now making a speedy recovery.

They spoke to the groomer, helped us gather evidence and were so supportive and flexible. I could not recommend them more highly! Thank you so much to Lisa, Adam and all the lovely nurses on reception who made us feel so calm, safe and looked after!

The only things you can improve (in my opinion) are the prices and finance options (maybe 24 months small interest instead of 6 months only with 20% interest), because no everyone has the possibility to afford such a high sudden bill. If a person can’t afford the fees will loose the animal.. I understand the severity of the illness my cat had, however I believe the price it’s still extremely high..

Nevertheless I’m extremely grateful for everything you did..

Goddard in Dundonald Road is great. I have been going for years with several different dogs and trust Richard completely, so much that I recently moved several miles away but prefer to make the journey rather than rely on someone else.
Richard has a great knowledge and a good demeanour. My dogs are always happy to see him.

Have been coming to collier row Goddard vets for over 20 yrs.

When our local vet closed, we looked around the area and chose Goddards to care for our four cats. Not only have they always been very kind and thorough in looking after the cats, giving us good advice, but the staff have also always been very kind and helpful to both my wife and I. All the team go out of their way to help - my mobility is not great and I often need help carrying the cats in their carriers, and that help is always offered. Customer parking is limited, but they always make the best of what there is, and have always found me a place. All round this is a great practice that really cares about the animals in their care but which also looks after the humans they bring with them. Highly recommended.
