Transition from PetroCan has be difficult. I had to buy a new phone to be able to transfer my balance (over $200) to their $19.00 monthly plan. Worked well but all of a sudden my balance dropped from... Mehr ansehen

Swindled
Good2Go mobile is and was a cheaply run outfit. I also was swindled out of an account balance that should be refunded. Why would anyone move to another company that this two bit outfit recommended!

Ordered a SIM card for an old phone I had, as I just wanted to buy minutes for calling/texting, on occasion. Nothing else. Instead I was sent a SIM card for Lucky Mobile. I found out that's because of 3G being phased out. That wouldn't be a problem if Lucky Mobile offered Anytime Pay Per Use plans like Good2Go did. But they don't. All they have are monthly plans, which I have no use for. This whole phasing out of 3G is turning into a huge money grab.
Re Refusal to refund
Re: Good2Go refusal to refund account top ups. All of us should be be filing complaints with The Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services and maybe we'll get some action. They have an online complaint form on their website. You'll have to google them since this site won't allow posting of links.

I recently topped up my account with good2go which was added to a substantial credit balance on my account as I pretty much only use it for emergencies only to be advised that I’m going to have to switch to lucky mobile and loose all of my accumulated credit and my recent top up. WHAT A RIP OFF!
Unwanted surprise service change
I added $100 to my account at the beginning of July. Just 3 weeks later I got a message that they have partnered with Lucky Mobile. I have to take action by the end of August. They will send me a free SIM card but apparently account balances don't transfer. I wouldn't have topped up if I had known earlier. Feeling swindled
Robbery
3 months before the end of my 1 year prepaid plan, they informed me that they were moving to Lucky mobile and that I would basically loose my entire balance. They told me that I would not get a refund but I would have the opportunity to have an even better deal so I could get robbed once more… not this time, Lucky won’t be my next mistake…

Not sure how they stay in business if their existing and potential customers can't even get a SIM card. After being forced to upgrade my phone (microSIM) to stay viable on their network, I'm going to an iPhone. But I can't get the NanoSIM required for it, because Good2Go can't supply SIM cards either online or thru their only retail outlets (i.e. PetroCan). And they haven't yet clued into eSIM technology. Argh.
I love Good2 go mobile
I love Good2 go mobile. The cheapest AT&T mvno.
I dont use much data. I buy the 12 month plan for $60,
and get 1g of data then unlimited slow. I have great signal.

Excellent connection and costumers service.
Unbeatable cost.
Unable to reach Customer support EVER
Unable to reach anyone EVER. None of their customer support phone numbers work!
Chose a different company
Their data service never worked right. Even though it's cheap, I guess you get what you pay for. Canceling is next to impossible also. Have tried to do it 20+ times so far. Go with a different company and save yourself the frustration
If you forget your password
If you forget your password, good luck getting into your account. Security is absurd. I couldn't login even after going through the hassle of providing them with loads of personal information, including bank statement, despite a different representative saying I would be able to login. So how can I login to my account? Don't worry they'll delete it and you have to make a new one. Then technical issues on the site making it impossible for me to make a new account, now I have to wait days to try to make an account. It's like they want you to have a frustrating experience so that you go somewhere else.
This is not even mentioning the absurd pricing. Seriously go elsewhere, it will be cheaper and less stupid.

Since Petro-Canada Mobility changed to Good2Go, existing plan's service is changed. No more mobile data available in Pay as you go. I need to change to other mobile phone service provider.

Their service is horrible but their customer service is incredibly horrible.
Run from this like the plague because high blood pressure and medical bills due to the stress of dealing with this scamming outfit is definitely not worth the little bit of supposed savings.
Time, also, is something ya can’t ever get back…
The tume WASTED on the phone / online trying to resolve issues with these asswipes is simply unacceptable.
I hope they go bankrupt and to jail for fraud because that’s exactly what it is; intentional FRAUD!
Customer service rude and cruel
I recently tried to find out how to cancel an account in the case of an account holders death. Spoke with an obscenely rude person on the customer service line who told me that they get to keep the over $250 credit on the account and when I politely asked how to escalate the issue I was told there is no issue it's just how it is. Avoid at all costs!
Tried to port my number with PetroCan…
Tried to port my number with PetroCan to another service. Good 2Go advised it would take 24 hours. Three days later I’m still waiting. Tried to call them, but the recording just says they have too many waiting calls and they hang up. So I guess I’m just going to get a new number. Stay away from these guys!
Customer service is missing
Customer service is missing. Not sure what network your phone is using. Request att and they send T-Mobile. Waiting weeks at a time for a sim card replacement only to be the wrong network!
Terrible customer service
I canceled my phone number/account online prior to renewal date and it took 6 days and 4 phone calls for them to actually cancel. Call center employees provided no followup whatsoever until I repeatedly called. Avoid this company at all costs - there are much better MVNOs like Tello, which I've used.
These primitive people couldn't process…
These primitive people couldn't process my credit card nine months ago after years with PetroCan and I had to go elsewhere (ShoutOut at Seven Eleven).
But today, after nine months they couldn't processed the credit card charges and the account cancelled, they processed the charges.
Very crude and untrustworthy people - beware!
Love it and its reliable
I use this, its simple, it works, no contract. Usage can be a bit expensive, but is fanststic for a child phone for emergencies.
