Polite and helpful staff

Lovely helpful staff
Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable with his job. He made a great impression on us and was lovely and chatty. The staff are always lovely in here. We got what we needed and the prices are well worth becoming a member for.

Excellent service in the shoe department
We were served in the shoe department by Jeremy who advised us very professionally on the best walking shoes to meet our needs. Both my wife and I are very satisfied with our Meindl shoes.

Great customer service and stock
Made our first trip to Go Outdoors today and was really impressed by the amount of stock they had and helpfulness of staff. Jeremy helped me find the size of boots I was looking for and was the right amount of helpful and attentive without being pushy which I really appreciated. He happily took the boots to the till for me and advised me on cleaning and proofing as I hadn't had a pair of suede boots before. At the till we were served by a very lovely and chatty girl (Felicity I think) who was really helpful and pleasant despite me having awkward gift cards and an ever mounting queue due to them not working. Having worked in retail myself both Jeremy and Felicity were an asset to the go outdoors team!
