Excellent quality and wide range of products. Really good prices, often cheaper than online. Great customer service.
The particular item I wanted is £5 online. In Go Outdoors it was 97p. My membership card paid for itself almost in a single purchase.

The store was easy to navigate and had great stock.
Becky who was on checkout on the day was lovely and took the time to advise us on offers available on tent accessories and on the benefit of renewing my membership on the spot. Good shop great service, will be back.

I visited GO Outdoors in Coventry, (my local store) in mid July. They hold a good selection of items and the staff are always excellent. Suzanne , the lady who regularly works in their footwear section, is always very helpful and knowledgeable and I have made numerous purchases based on her advice and assistance, all have been good buys.
When I came to checkout my goods Sarah was also very helpful and efficient, sorting out membership and making the experience enjoyable whilst taking an active interest in me as a customer. It’s nice to be treated so well in a shop these days.

None of the sports shoes on display in the shop had the available size range next to it. The assitant told me that the only way to find out whether you had any in the shop to fit size 49 was to choose a shoe, go and look out the back, and so on for every shoe. I walked out.

They no longer sold what i needed but helped is find an alternative place, customer service excellent, So friendly paid great attention to the dog who is the most important person in our house even offered to help my hubby with my mobility scooter.

Having assumed I would need to just get things online, it was great to be able to come in, find what I needed and decide between different options. Team member Jack was really helpful with things I needed to try on and in offering information and advice to help me decide between different options.

This was my first time coming to the store and it got me excited for future camping trips.
My cashier, Sarah, was lovely and signed me up for the membership which was definitely worth it.

I ordered some trousers . It was a quick delivery.

Everything we needed for our camping trip was readily available and we were served by Sarah who was very lovely and walked us through how much we would save if we were to become members. I shall be returning anytime I need some more camping gear

Needed to buy some good walking boots after experiencing toe pain in my existing boots. Excellent advice provided by Millie. She used the in store foot scanner which provided information about foot size including width and arch height and she then provided advice about the different boots on offer. This included information about the price variation and which style was better suited to my foot shape.Millie further explained about the waterproofing properties and how to retain this. Helpful patient informative and very knowledgeable about the products on sale. No pressure to buy more expensive boots. I felt reassured informed and assisted in my decision making.

Sarah was extremely helpful today and assisted me out to my car with some items. Lovely and nice lady

The member thing is a pain. But they have good quality stuff, fairly priced, and decent staff. Not too many places left like it really.

Went in looking for a cupboard and ideas and came out with a couple of great deals to help on our next camping trip, groundhog tent pegs 2 packs for £3 AND 8" plastic power pegs the same 2 for £3, 15 litre coolbag for the beach £8 and the original reason a4 shelf cupboard £29 staff were very helpful as well especially Sarah who checked us out also verified able to take our dog with us is lovely ☺️

Online buying is restricting with members prices only on one item? Was advised and was put right in store. Very helpful, friendly guy (028)

Visited today not sure just what's i needed. Helped by Emily Sarah ? who brought a selection of choices. Advised on what was best and to join as it gave me a discount. Great service

Found some shoes in the sale for £7 which had made my day. My experience was soured however, when I got to the till and gave all my membership details, to be told that my membership had expired, despite renewing only 1 month prior online, which I had email proof of. The man at the till said that he would renew my membership on the system without charging me, but then he added 1p onto the total balance of my purchase. When I asked what the 1p was for he said that he had to renew my membership but hadn’t charged me. So why was I charged 1p? I know it isn’t worth much but it is the principle of it. I paid my £5 online to renew, only to be told that I had to pay again in the shop.

Laura gave amazing advice and assistance to help us find the perfect shoe. Her patience and kindness led to a successful trip to go outdoors! Thank you Laura
