Great service, friendly staff

Everything well laid out and easy to find items, nice, clean and tidy store. All staff were very knowledgeable about the things I enquired about and Lynn on the checkout was very cheerful chatty and happy. Real pleasure shopping there.

SUITABLE CLOTHING FOR ICELAND IN MARCH!!
My partner and I are shortly going to Iceland and needed good advice on outdoor wear.(we understand it's got to be "layered" but thats about all!)
We were served by Elisa who, from the beginning was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was not in the least pushy, and explained in detail the difference in products and their suitability for a climate as volatile as Iceland.
She took her time and I didn't feel rushed at all. (it was quieter probably than usual - a Monday morning - I would suggest going at quiet times if you need expert advice!!
By the way - if it's not obvious, we went to Go Outdoors at Milton Keynes.

After a day of shopping and getting no…
After a day of shopping and getting no help even when asked for help , it was lovely to shop where I received help from the two people that served me at Go Outdoors, The young gentleman on the shoe department was very helpful even though he was busy and recommended several pairs as I needed something light , and Lyn on the tills was helpful when I had to renew my membership card having two helpful people in the same shop was a pleasant surprise.
