The lovely lady, Maria Abby was very helpful in finding me the right shoe for the job, I was going for a boot, however when I pointed out that I tend to dance down the street when on my own, she pointed to a pair of trainer style that would be more flexible when on the move. Very happy 😁

I bought a pair of walking boots with the excellent kind and professional help of Jo and then paid at the till with excellent customer service of Millie.
Their friendly, helpful assistance was very welcome and I would choose to go to this shop next time I need anything outdoors. It was also great value.

I went in to purchase a new pair of walking boots and I was served by Maria. She was kind, friendly and approachable. I felt relaxed and under no pressure which is always refreshing. All the staff were helpful and I left satisfied with my purchase.

After spending 30 years in France, I was a loyal 'Decathlon' customer and not at all familiar with 'Go Outdoors' and its various ranges of camping and hiking products.
Jo and Abbie (hope I spelt that right!) quickly revealed themselves knowledgeable about the items that I was interested in and also pointed out the multiple advantages of the Member's Card.
I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range and availability of the products in what is a relatively small shop. The shop window displays - which are clearly frequently updated - also invariably catch my eye whenever I pass by.
With the ever bright and cheerful Isla and her equally pleasant colleague, Maria, often at the checkout downstairs, visiting the Newton Abbot store is a real pleasure! 😊
PS Don't forget biscuits for Isla! 😁

Staff members Millie,Abbie and Isca were very helpful when I came to purchase a rucksack. All three of them had a very bubbly and cheerful personality which made me feel very welcome on my visit to the store. All three girls are a real credit to the store.

Great customer service. Really felt helped to make the right choice, without any pressure to buy. I like how they do things there.
