Well yesterday I was trying to buy a very needed tent due to someone damaging our caravan just B4 our Hols. And the help I received was amazing, Firstly the lady from the warehouse helped with her nice trolly and helped way over and above what's probably in her job description, and then at the till I was trying to pay via a card in Google wallet on mobile, well what a pain that was, but yet again so so much help and advice on what to try next, I felt like I real cherished customer and not just another person or number. Absolutely brilliant from both of these, infact when I popped back to try again a 3rd girl was too helpful but I forgot her name.
Give them a bonus Mr or Mrs manager.
My tent hopefully is still reserved because we desperately need it for holiday that's soon. Credit card things needs hours to activate. So please please keep my Tent until weekend at least. I'll be back.. Thanks Rachel & Lauran at Peterborough store.

We purchased a bike today from the Peterborough store and Danny was superb, helping us choose and checking the bike over before we bought it, also helpful with advice, also helped me put it in our car. Great service and good VFM.

Not many staff around but when asked for product information they are very helpful and shop well stocked.

Ethan was very helpful sorting out trainers we could try despite limited stocks on sizes and helping to identify the correct models online.

I spent 45minutes in the store , it’s just 5mins away from my home and I regret I never visited the store from last 10years.

I would like to Thabk Luke(sales man) especially, for a beginner like me to outdoor camping he took all the time and answered and clarified all my queries.

I have been to the store twice in the last few days to collect parcels…staff were friendly and helpful including getting the correct size when I returned a pair of shoes that were the wrong size

Needed two inner tubes fitted. Quick and excellent service. Also had a problem registering guarantee but staff member Danny did it for me on my mobile.

Salesperson at the shoe/boot section was Laura Ng - she did a great job of advising and fining the right walking shoe for me. And she liked my dog!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff member Matt. Very patient and not pushy at all. Helpful with discounts available. Good range of sport gear.

I visited the Peterborough store as a very unhappy and frustrated GoOutdoors customer, having experienced an absolutely awful customer support department.
I left the store happy and happy to use Go Outdoors again. That is 100% down to the brilliant Megan, who totally understands how customer service should work and is an asset to Go Outdoors. As result my issue was resolved quickly and efficiently and I would highly recommend GoOutdoors Peterborough. Just never use the on line customer support service.

I am a repeat customer at your Peterborough store because each time I go there I get excellent service from your experienced knowledgeable and helpful staff. Buying boots is tricky but Jackie makes it easy and I have bought 3 pairs of boots from her over the last 8 years.

With half an hour before closing we needed 3 pairs of walking shoes before or holiday the following day. Dave was extremely helpful and patient, gave expert advice and made sure we left with the perfect shoes for our holiday. Excellent service!

We visited the store looking for a specific barbecue, we were assisted by Megan on the ground floor who directed us to Josh on the upper floor where Josh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on what we needed.
The assistant on the till was also very polite and helpful.
A great store with great staff.

From ordering on the mobile website to picking up my items in store, it was so easy. Everything I wanted was available & I could pick up after work at my convenience. Staff in store were great. Just back from a wee camping jaunt with my kids & the bits I ordered were all good too.

Just bought 2 E Bikes from this Peterborough Store for
myself and my wife.
We were looked after buy two members of staff, 1st one being DAVE the bike man .
and the second being Matt the fishy bloke.
