2 lovely members of staff with excellent customer service.
I have been served by the same members of staff twice in the last week. Both times Max was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Excellent customer service !!! I have also been served by Nicola on the till both times. Again she was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made a fuss off our 2 staffy pups :)

Tom have a lot of good advice for boots
Tom was really helpful in advising which hiking boots might be better for me and I was there for 2 hours trying them all on so the poor guy did spend quite a lot of time getting me different boots(!). He also got me to register my car for the parking as he was aware I'd been there sometime which would have saved me a nasty shock.

Very helpfull
I called into the swansea store today to purchase a replacement pole for my vango tent. I was served by Cameron who was very helpfull, informative and polite, I got the pole I needed and made my way down to the tills where I was greeted by nicola who again was really polite. Great service around by both concerned definitely recommend this store as they have a great selection of products and well displayed.
