We called on very short notice and received full service packaging, pickup and delivery to another city promptly. Aresh was great to work with, kept in contact, sent us photos and got our heirloom pieces delivered safely 1 day ahead of when we asked for it.

With 5-star reviews I was doubting that this record was real or even possible but my experience with GPNS Logistics was actually 6-stars out of 5! Not only were they super on top of their emails and phone calls 24/7 but took care of my cargo (personal items) during a move from Toronto to a small town in Saskatchewan shrink-wrapping everything on a pallet and delivering on time despite the twists and turns on my end with regards to timing and other last-minute life obstacles. Paul "hand-held" me through the entire process and made everything really friendly, easy and professional. Both movers on pickup and delivery end were just the nicest people as well. The price was exactly as quoted and GPNS Logistics met my budget. Companies like this are very rare in this time and age - especially in Covid. I am really grateful for doing business with such a great company. Big thanks!

By far the best freight forwarding company we've ever dealt with. Aresh is amazing. Couldn't recommend him enough. They've helped us with air freight on two separate occasions. Once in 2009 with our move to Sydney from Vancouver and just recently (July 2020) with our move back to Canada from Berlin. Fantastic customer service. Great communication. Really reasonable prices. My daughter needed her personal effects shipped last-minute to her new home in The Netherlands. She and I worked closely with Sam at GPNS to make this happen, and her boxes arrived on her doorstep 4 days after leaving Vancouver. Sam was extremely helpful and responsive, guiding us via multiple emails through what was, to us, an unfamiliar process.
