Ordered item for a Christmas present 3/12/22.
Tracking number assigned 6/12/22.
Nothing has happened since!
They don't answer your emails!
After contacting Warehouse regarding this MUPPET company ... apparently my item is lost in transit! However the tracking number & NZPost say it hasn't even been collected!
Thanks to the incompetent Grabstore Muppets I will now have ruined Christmas day for the recipient!
I hope those responsible have an equally horrible Christmas!

False advertising!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
I ordered two office chairs from them but the product I received does not look like the product that is advertised on their website, the chairs they advertise look very comfy and soft but the chairs I received do not have any cushion support and it doesn't even look like the chair advertised. When I sent them an email along with photos to request a refund I received an email "Sorry to hear that the product you have received is not suitable for your purpose"... and I need to return it at my own expense before I can get a refund. IF THE PRODUCT RECEIVED WAS AS ADVERTISED ON YOUR WEBSITE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FIT FOR PURPOSE. Unfortunately, I'm unable to load a photo to support this bad review.

Item sent straight away. Delivery quick. Communication re. Shipping good. Unfortunately the courier delivered to the wrong address (luckily a neighbour I knew) and signed for it themselves.

Purchasing a Vacuum Cleaner part.
When you received the item I was wanting, into your store, due to lack of stock, I checked to see if you had it in. You immediately sent my item that I had been waiting for and I recieved it within 2 days. Thankfully I had chosen the correct item and it fitted my vacuum cleaner perfectly. I was amazed at how well my vacuum worked. Almost like a new one.

Purchased oil diffuser and it looks completely different from the picture. Emailed them and they said they will send me the correct diffuser. I asked them to send me a picture of it and till today haven’t received a reply from them. I have already returned the diffuser requesting for a refund and till today they have not replied to my emails nor have they refunded me! Just terrible! Never ever going to buy from them in future and advising others not to buy from them either.

Great price, great delivery service
Exactly the item I needed at an excellent price. Delivery was fast too, considering the item came up from the South Island to a rural address middle of the North Island. The courier tracking could have been a little better described as looked a lot like those spam delivery messages, but a minor thing.
