I work at a school and contacted this company for some help creating an outdoor area for the children. Adam was so helpful he supplied everything we needed lots of safe tree trunk slices think long plank slices and also installed a large area of Astro turf. Thank you grafting gardeners for this amazing work true professionals that I highly recommend.

Adam and the team at Graftin Gardeners Ltd were highly professional from the initial phone call and the fantastic team of office Angels to the surveyor and to the three young men who came on site to do a very tricky job - They worked hard in some really horrid weather conditions and they cleaned up after themselves including the roadways outside and the drainage area - The team have followed up and have secured more work from us - A huge thank you for all the help and support. We had a tree taken down this morning in our back garden. The team of 3 (Jason, Kai and John) arrived on schedule and worked solidly to complete the task. Although the access to & the removal of the tree was challenging for them they were really efficient and friendly. To their credit they were all incredibly polite. We were really impressed with the quality of their work and they tidied away all the debris. Excellent work!

This company is based in Wandsworth, I had a tree cut down and was happy with the service.

The tree surgeon and his crew were fantastic and carried out the work in high standard. They were professional and left my garden clean and tidy.

The issue arose when me and hubby noticed that one of the new laid garden tiles had been damaged in the process. We contacted the office and sent some videos and photos to raise this concern.

Their office promised us that their surveyor would review the damage and we could discuss further. However after weeks of chasing and no further response from the office I have been inclined to give them 1 star. The garden tiles were freshly done and we were hoping to enjoy the outside space.

Really disappointed with their customer service. I wouldn't recommend their service to my friends or family.

I can confirm that they have finally repaired the damaged garden slab, happy with the outcome ☺️. There seems to have been miscommunication within the customer service team. Glad they came through and I can now finally enjoy my garden.

Amazingly skilled, professional and courteous

I am very pleased with my dealings with this company starting with the visit to provide a quotation following by a visit to carry out the work. The individuals I met were courteous and helpful and the work was carried out very efficiently including a thorough clean up of the offcuts and sawdust.

They had to go through my house to get to the tree and also carry the cutting. They cleaned up afterwards and left my garden undisturbed.
Highly recommended.
They arrived on time, worked hard, final price was as agreed in the quote.

Excellent service, The company were very efficient in giving me estimates and organising permission from council. The guys that did the pruning did a very good job, arrived on time and cleared and took all debris away.

An outstanding company. We needed a large leylandii removed and a large beech trimmed. The office administrator was pleasant and very efficient. The team arrived on time at 8AM and worked so well the job was done by midday. They were clearly expert at their job and brought everything they needed to work quickly. We were impressed. They also left our garden neat and tidy. This is a very well run operation and we will definitely hire their services in the future.

We needed three dead trees removing and 20 trees needed pruning back.
The guys turned up on time and had extensive amounts equipment for the job taking the main trunks away and clearing up as they went, they just did a great job .

Without doubt THE BEST tree surgeon / gardening company you’ll find. I called them out to deal with a lot of Ivy which had spread all over the garden and then up a 3 story house. They got rid of everything. Killed it at the root, and removed from all the brickwork. They were super quick and efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and honestly just the whole process has been exceptional. Wouldn’t look anywhere else and will definitely use again. A M A Z I N G!!!

GraftinGardeners did an excellent job on our garden, giving a hard prune to a mature bay tree and planting a fruit tree. The advice given beforehand was excellent and the company was very responsive to our emails at at time when we were making up our minds what exactly we wanted. They were able to procure precisely the variety of fruit tree we requested. The workmen came at exactly the time arranged. They were were friendly and highly efficient. The pruned tree had a nice shape and the fruit was well-positioned and supported by a stake. They cleaned up the garden thoroughly when the job was complete. I strongly recommend them.

Excellent team. We used them to cut back our large tree and neighbours’ laurel 5 years ago and this morning we had them back, plus added a third tree for another neighbour. All three were done quickly (3hrs), safely and everything was tidied up afterwards. Would recommend to anyone. And will be using them again in another 5yrs.
