Contact our Customer Service Team

Our friendly Customer Services team are on hand to help with any queries you may have. You can reach them via email: mailorder@grahamandgreen.co.uk, or by telephone: 01225 418 200. The phone lines are open Monday – Saturday 10am to 5pm and the team will try to answer any queries and can take orders over the phone.


When will my order be delivered?

From our speedy standard delivery to our specialist two-person service, we work hard to find the very best delivery option based on the weight, size and fragility of each product. If everything you’ve ordered is in stock and ready to go, we aim to dispatch your order by 2pm the same working day. Orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.

Most of our smaller items are sent via standard signed delivery and delivered between 3-5 days. Extra-large parcels are delivered within 3-5 working days, and delivery of furniture and fragile items is usually within 2 weeks.


Collections

Collections are available from our Outlet store in Chippenham between 10am and 4pm Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed by 2pm will be ready for collection the following day, whilst orders placed after 2pm on Saturday can be collected from Tuesday. Orders will be kept for 14 days, and if not collect, with be returned and refunded. Please bring your order number and proof of ID when collecting.

If you’d like a courier to collect your order and you need help deciding which collection arrangement is suitable, please contact our Customer Service team at mailorder@grahamandgreen.co.uk with details of which items you would like to order. They’ll provide you with the dimensions of your order so you can organise the collection with a courier of your choice.

Returns
Via post

We want you to love every item you receive, but we understand that there are times when you may want to arrange a return. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and original packaging with a completed returns form within 14 days for a full refund, excluding delivery fees. Standard and Extra-Large items may be returned via your Post Office, please contact us first at mailorder@grahamandgreen.co.uk to arrange this for you. Alternatively, we are happy to arrange a collection at a charge of £10.00 per box for a Standard Parcel order and £15.00 per box for an Extra-Large Parcel.

Via stores

If you have purchased from one of our stores and would like to return the item, then this must be returned back to one of our stores within 14 days in order to receive a refund. Click here for our store addresses. We’re unable to accept in-store returns of orders placed online. Please provide proof of purchase with your receipt and ensure the items are returned in their original packaging. If returning by post, please include a completed Returns Form.

Furniture and bespoke items

For larger items such as chest of drawers and floor mirrors, please email mailorder@grahamandgreen.co.uk and our Customer Care team will arrange for our specialist two-person delivery team to collect from your home. Please note that we will only be able to collect items if they have been packaged in advance of our arrival – preferably in the original packaging. Items that require assembly cannot be returned for a refund or exchange after they have been assembled. Similarly, our bespoke sofas, armchairs and ottomans are made to order and so we’re unable to amend or cancel your order. If you’d like to return a bespoke item, please email mailorder@grahamandgreen.co.uk within 14 days and we will arrange a collection.

Outlet Store

All items purchased in our Outlet or Warehouse Sale are sold as seen with marks and damages described before purchase, therefore they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. However, if an item develops a new fault, please contact our Warehouse Outlet Store team for guidance on requesting a potential refund or other compensation.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please email mailorder@grahamandgreen.co.uk to organise a replacement or return. Please include a photograph showing the fault so that we can investigate this for you. We ask that you please do not return a faulty item without emailing first. Please do not attempt to assemble or fix a faulty item yourself or via a third party, as this will affect your entitlement to a refund or compensation. If an item is agreed to be faulty, you will not be responsible for covering the return postage cost.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer you an exchange for an alternative item, providing there is available stock. Please email mailorder@grahamandgreen.co.uk so we can arrange this for you. In this instance, you are responsible for paying the return postage cost.

I bought a cabinet from Graham and…

I bought a cabinet from Graham and Green and after waiting sometime for it to be delivered it was completely the wrong time. After sending multiple images and repackaging it all I was told I have to wait until the collection to be booked for the refund to be processed, then they said I have to wait until it’s collected. I have this in writing and this confirmed with the management now they have changed the story and saying can’t process the refund despite it being collected and can be tracked. This a super frustrating experience and seems like I may have to go down a dispute route with my bank. You could kept your promise that you make customers over email!

Poor quality desk

I purchased a desk from them in April. By may the paint was coming off. I emailed to ask if this paint was safe to contact, and why was it rapidly deteoriating. The answer came over two months later after I lightly nudged them on instagram. They've brushed me off by telling me to use a protective mat. Very, very disappointed.

FROSTY AND HOSTILE CUSTOMER 'SERVICE.' NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT GRAHAM &GREEN

I have been happily shopping at Graham & Green since they were first in North Acton many years ago.
BUT NEVER AGAIN.

The customer 'service' response could not have been more frosty and hostile.

Looking at other recent one star reviews I see that I am not alone in noticing that something has changed with this company and not for the better.

I have just taken delivery of a small bistro table described under their heading as a garden table... "they’ve all been made to last and withstand weathering over time."

There is no mention of needing to assemble the table on delivery. I discovered when looking at how to put it together that it cannot be stored outside so it can hardly be described as a 'garden table' having "been made to withstand weathering over time."

It was bought specifically as a garden table and now that I need to return it, I have been told that they will be charging me £30.

Disgraceful, Graham & Green.

You really shouldn't advertise indoor tables under 'garden tables' and when you get it wrong, you should not be charging a previously loyal customer.

waiting for a refund.

I posted here a couple of weeks ago to express my dissatisfaction with the very expensive returns policy. I have now been waiting 12 days for the money to be refunded into my bank account with no joy. I am close to beginning the process of reclaiming the money through the small claims court.

We are always open and honest about any charges for delivery and returns and make this clear on our website, to avoid any upset or disappointment from our customers. We do not withhold any valid refunds and work hard to ensure any refunds are processed as quickly as possible, as it then takes a few working days to show back onto customers card/bank accounts. Your refund was processed by us last week and should now be showing on your original payment method. If it isn't, then it will do in a day or two.
As a small, family-run business, we are always looking at ways to improve our processes and our customers experience, so thank you for your feedback.

Hetty The Hair

I saw a woman, selling a cabinet on FB Marketplace which I wasn’t interested in, however she did display this gorgeous lamp on top of the cabinet, which I was interested in. I used Google photo to tell me where to buy it and it brought up this company, “Graham and Green”. I searched their website and found Hetty The Hair. Wow, she was gorgeous! I had to have her and when I saw the price tag of £140.00, I thought what a bargain for such a beautiful and quirky lamp. The lamp was delivered via FedEx within two days and it arrived perfectly. I absolutely LOVE her. If you’re looking for value for money and love anything quirky, like me, then do yourself a favour and buy her. Hetty The Hair is adorable! If I had the option of showing a photo then I would but I don’t see the option here.

I will definitely buy from your company again.

I recently purchased the long velvet…

I recently purchased the long velvet curtains for my bedroom.
What I wasn’t aware of is that there are two different pink colours mocha rose and tea rose. I ordered the mocha rose thinking it was one and the same colour. When they arrived I put them up and thought they looked darker than the website, but still loved them.
After a couple of days I thought they really need a tie back so bought the bows. I purchased the tea rose colour - again oblivious there are two pinks.
The contrast actually makes the whole look. I love them!
In hind sight the tea rose would have made my room too girly. This looks more glam.

Avoid if you are likely to need to return.

Appalling service trying to return a picture. 4 failed attempts to pick up - 5 weeks later. Still no refund as a result. They need to sort out their logistics.

Quality products

Placed an order on Christmas weekend so expected a short delay in delivery, however, when my parcel arrived, was delighted with quality of all items and level of packaging especially delicate items. Will be shopping with G&G again!

The item was not as shown on the image, very dull in colour, no shine and bland. I requested a refund which was agreed and was then charged a ridiculous amount for a DPD collection. I will not be ordering from this site again or recommending it to anyone else.

Absurd delivery charges

This has been one of my favourite companies for many years and I have purchased many items from them when I have lived at various addresses but something seems to have changed. I was just about to purchase a coffee table, floor lamp that does not come with shade, and a simple bowl - they wanted £60 for delivery. This is absurd. I stopped my order before payment because the delivery charge is ridiculous. I will look for the same items from a different store because this feels like a huge swindle. Such a shame - this used to be a fabulous company.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. The trinket dish I’d ordered had a flaw. I sent customer services a photo and they sent an apologetic email and replaced the dish immediately. All very helpful, quick and efficient. The replacement is perfect and has arrived in time for Christmas.

Problem solved swiftly

Although my purchase of six wine glasses two of which were smashed on unpacking customer service were excellent on responding and sorting out two replacement glasses within days, great service.

Beyond Belief!

I ordered the Mr Darcy Rabbit Lantern in plenty of time for a friend’s birthday. Initially I was delighted with the product; good solid weight and quirky design, but sadly noticed one of the ears was badly cracked. Promptly emailed company explaining the fault and offered a replacement which arrived the next day! I was very impressed with their swift response and efficiency! But not for long, discovered the second rabbit also had a badly cracked ear! Obviously a weakness in the design. I emailed again and expressed my concern that maybe it was a faulty batch, and was once again promised a replacement. I thought I’d give them one more chance! It arrived a little later, now only a few days off my friends birthday, and yes you’ve guessed it……Darcy Rabbit had damaged chipped ears!!!! Enough was enough! Asked for a full refund which was promptly paid but had also requested that the management team are made aware of this substandard product.
I still haven’t got a present for my friend and have been left very disheartened with the whole ordeal. Also have a rather sinister collection of broken rabbits staring at me from my kitchen counter!! 😳 Such a disappointment from a company I have always held in high esteem ☹️

Never again!

DO NOT…I repeat DO NOT buy one of the luxury sherpa throws currently on their website for £48. Mine arrived this morning and it is the cheapest, flimsiest, thinnest “Luxury” throw I have ever purchased. I can actually see daylight through it, it’s so thin. I have telephoned and emailed them as I want a free return and full refund. There were many items on their website I had earmarked for purchase (one over £1800) but I won’t be buying anything else from them ever again. I will edit this review with an update on their customer service once I receive a response from them. Absolutely unacceptable to send such rubbish for £48! I wish I was able to upload a photo.

Great customer service

I ordered an island from Graham and Green, but on arrival we could not fit it into the intended room. I got in touch, and they were simply fabulous. No issue, no quibble, just returned and then refunded.
Unheard of - and great levels of customer care. I'll be ordering items again.

Absolutely shocking after service process. Nobody answers the phone, no chat service and the email response can take over 24 hours.

Beautiful products but need to be more transparent

I love G&G products and it’s my first place to look for homewares. I recently bought an ochre ceramic side table which I thought would perfect next to our sofa where we have limited space. However when it arrived the top it had a convex top which meant we couldn’t stand a cup or glass on it. It was totally impractical as a side table which is probably why it was staged with items standing on a book on it on the sales page. I wouldn’t feel so annoyed if I hadn’t had to pay £70 in delivery charges (£35 delivery and £35 return). I’ll be looking elsewhere with less onerous delivery charges next time. You need to more transparent about the practicality of the items you are selling.
