Simply great customer service
Great range and great prices with free delivery. What sets them apart from others is their brilliant customer service which is the best I have experienced in years. They phoned me to advise of a manufacturer supply issue - sorted the problem and when I emailed to ask about delivery they phoned me back within 30 mins. They then phoned a day later to give me the time slot for delivery. The delivery guys were on time, friendly and professional and were happy to take the boxes the bed came in up to the bedroom. I highly recommend Grove Bedding.

Emily has a huge knowledge of the stock at Grove Bedding and soon guided us towards the best bed for our needs. At no time were we pressurised, we were given plenty of time to make our decision.

The mattress I got was such a brilliant bargain. The two guys that delivered this were both so nice . They opened out the mattress for me & put it on the bed & took all the packaging away. Great service great mattress . I have recommended you to all my family.

Excellent help and service when purchasing a new bed. Delivered by 2 man team so was taken upstairs to the bedroom and the removed the packaging and took it away. Brilliant service would defo recommend

An excellent recommendation
Following on from a recommendation to visit Grove Bedding we visited their showroom near Edinburgh. We could not fault the service we received, all the staff were so friendly. Emily was outstanding, we had little idea of what we were looking for and she guided us through the process of choosing a bed and, more importantly a mattress. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and I would thoroughly recommend any one to pop along to the showroom. The prices are excellent too. We now cannot wait to receive our lovely new bed.
