I think Grow Joy is a fantastic place to buy plants. I have purchased at least 50 plants from them in the past 6 months and been delighted with them all. The plants arrive healthy and the packaging they are in is second to none. I find their site easy to look through and their selection is amazing. Sorry for anyone's less than exemplary experience, but mine have been perfect! Buy with confidence here.
I purchased 7 tomato plants and one garden plant last winter. The plants all were shipped a little over a week past my requested ship date, which was a little problem. The major issue was they were shipped on June 4 and arrived on June 14. The plants were all dried out upon arrival and my best attempts to revive them were essentially unsuccessful. As of today August 31 a few plants just got their first flowers but no tomatoes yet. There’s no way I’ll get anything by the end of the growing season. I never applied for credit on the sellers site which is my bad. I did however write two emails which were never responded to. This was my first attempt to buy plants via the internet and I’ll never do it again - too many unknowns and uncontrollable factors. I’ll used local greenhouses in the future and deal with people who will be there to help and be accountable.

GrowJoy sent 40 evergreen trees that had turned black before arrival. The trees were supposed to arrive in early April based on our zone. They were received on May 5th. I contacted them immediately and it took them 60 days to get back to me. They first claimed they were shipped with too much water. Then said I had not watered them enough even though I have 300 dollar plus water bills. They charged me over 700.00 for dead trees and have done nothing. I turned it in to Pay Pal. They could not respond to me for 60 days but they sure responded to the dispute. They will come on here and apologize. They will send a response stating that COVID was an issue and they will take care of you. but they will do absolutely nothing but steal your money. RJ, I just contacted the FBI and TBI as you suggested. Hopefully, if enough people contact they will investigate their company. I tried and tried to discuss this with the owner. He refused to call me back and offered a refund of 9 trees which doesn't even come close to covering my damages. They act like good wholesome people but have been nothing but crooks with me. Ashley is a liar. I would not deal with her. Her boss Joe seemed reasonable at first, but once she got involved they lost all sense of reality. Please buy somewhere else.

I'm going to keep posting negative review for this company until they refund my money.
On June 8, 2021, I placed an order for three vegetable plants. As of today, 8/26/21, I have not received my plants. My last email correspondence with Ashley Reece, Customer Satisfaction Manager, dated 8/5/21 indicated the following: I am truly sorry that you order never got shipped out like promised! I went to refund your order today and you had used Amazon for checkout. We no longer use Amazon or have access to process any refunds. You can dispute the charge through Amazon; however, it takes some time. If you can guarantee us that you will not submit a dispute, we can get a check put in the mail for $32.49 next week. In my reply to Ashley, I stated, mail the check please. Again, as of today, 8/26/21, NOTHING. I am beyond irritated and I don't think this is a legitimate business. There is no customer service. I believe this is a scam business that is taking hard earned money from people who just want to grow gardens for our health and wellbeing. Shame on you GrowJoy. I don't care about or believe any positive feedback that is posted on Trust Pilot as it may be part of the scam.

I placed an order last May. The first of two pkgs arrived late but in good condition. The second, a Morning Light Miscanthus has yet to arrive. I understood they were experiencing problems and waited awhile before attempting to contact CS. But I’ve had no luck with them. Multiple times I’ve “created a ticket” as instructed but it goes nowhere. The phone was not in service, either. I guess I’m fortunate in only being out $13.95.

I have had great luck with my GrowJoy purchases. The plants arrived promptly and in great shape. I purchased their Italian Ice Cherry Tomatoes. This is a good producer and everyone I have shared them with has commented that they have the best tomato flavor of any cherry tomato they have had in the past. I recommend GrowJoy for your flower and vegetable needs.

This was my first times ordering from GrowJoy and it will not be my last!! My plants did arrive a little late, due unforeseen issues but the plants were healthy, packed extremely well, and a good size for my Spring planting. I could not have been happier and trust me I have ordered from others and Grow Joy is at the top of my list for future ordering.
The plants I’ve received from GrowJoy are all thriving! It has been a tough year for everyone but these folks have continued to shift gears to accommodate some disastrous issues with all the major shipping companies. I have ordered from GrowJoy several times and it has always been a positive experience. Last year I ordered a Hardy Hibiscus that has been stunning so this year I ordered 4 more. The shipping has always been fast and one of the most recently planted (in the ground for about a month) is small but already blooming. I highly recommend this company!
I have been very happy with my plants that come from GrowJoy. They offer a great selection of perennial flowers that i have been unable to find elsewhere. I ordered 2 brussels sprouts plants and 2 collard green plants. I received 4 collard green plants instead. They were in poor condition when received. Dead leaves, yellowing leaves and holey leaves where insects had been eating on them. These are small plants..that's a lot of bad leaves.One plant was badly rootbound. I sent a ticket with pictures to Growjoy. The email I received back said he was sorry the plants were a "little stressed"and he couldn't see what I meant about receiving all collard greens. The pictures were clear.The plants are identical. All Collard greens. After my second email
explaining the problem again the response was to let him know if the plants died in 10 days. Growjoy claims good quality plants and Guaranteed Satisfaction. I want them to acknowledge my problem and send my brussels sprout plants or explain when they can't.I've already paid for their shipping and shouldn't be charged for that again.I don't want a refund and I don't want reward points.

I have ordered from GrowJoy twice now this year. Both times the plants arrived about 1 week after I placed the order. Both orders arrived healthy and packaged well. My first order was cherry tomatoes and cucumber plants. They went into pots around about 1 month ago and have grown so well - at least 10x their original size. We will be harvesting our first tomatoes in about a week. Today we harvested our first cucumber. I will definitely order again next year. I wish I could post photos because honestly, my words don't do the plants justice. They are amazingly healthy and big with a LOT of vegees coming soon.

Though the plants did arrive a week or two later than expected, my emails to customer service were promptly answered, they, like many other businesses have experienced delays due to lack of labor. My plants did arrive in amazing shape and have produced amazing vegetables all summer. Definitely some blips but I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.

When I ordered the plants, I was told when they shipped, this was supposed to be within 5 days, I would receive an email with tracking info. After 6 days, I sent them a ticket to ask about them. Still no response. This was the first issue. Now my plants have arrived. I am now sorry I ever ordered them. They arrived with spider mites all over them. I have sent a ticket. Still no response. Had I done my due diligence, and looked for reviews, I wouldn't have ordered. I would like a refund, and if I don't get a response soon, I will dispute the charge.
