Bought 5 pair in January 25. Great designs. comfortable. Easy to workout in. The service is what needs HUGE improvements. One of the pairs had a hole in the crack. I took pictures and reached out via email. Asked what the resolution would be, because I was open. On my 2nd attempt, I got a response that they'd send a refund. 3 more times I reached out to check on that and "we'll process on Monday" was the standard answer. Every time it was Kortney. I stopped trying in April.

GRRRL uses AI generated art on their apparel when it features more illustrated patterns as well as the branding on it's supplements.

I love you products in the past and they last forever.

Still waiting for an update to an order I made on 3 Feb (23 March now).
I've emailed support a week ago, I've message (had a bounce back and then tried a different email) the Facebook page no answer. The only correspondence I've had is for me to review an item that hasn't even been sent yet. I cannot even find on the new website where I see what orders I've made.

Edit 1: they sent thru an update on the 20th of March it got sent to the spam for some reason. I've adjusted the score from 4 to 5 based on how good there product has been for me in the past as well as the honesty of the email.

they did send an apology and code for a voucher and they'd escalate it and it'll be sent in a day or 2. It's been another week no confirmation that it's been sent. It's now 1st of April

Edit 3: they apparently resent the package a second time in April and still no tracking number or parcel. It's now the 5th of May.

Let me tell u, their shipping process is disgusting...... $18 for shipping yet it takes 4 or more weeks for the product to even ship! No one cares how amazing ur leggings are or ur women empowerment movement if we have fight u for the products we have already paid for! U make us pay $18 for shipping for that? Are u serious! Once ur shipping costs go down and u actually have better shipping plan, I'll order again but not until u fix this. When the website actually states that the product will ship in 7 to 10 days yet its been a month.... Your just lying at this point.

Update: June 25th. @GRRRL has refunded my order (including shipping) and they also came through with the store credit! I appreciate how they jumped into help mode finally, thank u for that! I look forward to future orders from u 🙏. But, please work on the cost of shipping 🙏

I used to like the product. But it shrunk a lot. I was also very turned off when the owner, Kortney Olsen, started asking her patrons for money to have her breast implants removed. I thought that was very inappropriate and very unprofessional.
I won't buy from this company again.

While I do like that their leggings are one of the few that actually fit me, the sizes vary so much that even though if your measurements match a size you can't be sure the garment will fit properly.
Also, they make many mistakes with packing and shipping, so unless you are prepared to deal with their customer service concerning pretty much about every single thing, don't buy from them. I'd say 75% of my orders have had something wrong with them (missing/wrong items, package not sent at all, package sent to wrong country etc).

I used to love this brand, but now the clothing is coming out of China and shipping is taking much longer than the shipping states on the website. I placed an order on April 9, 2023 and as of today May 2, 2023 my status is still showing Unfulfilled almost a month later when shipping says Orders Ship in 7-10 days! Well it's been much longer than 7-10 days and I'm waiting on an update from the company. The last update I saw was an email last week that said everything was in CA held up in customs. This will be my last order from this company as I have other companies that use apparel made in the US that I will order through from now on.

I ordered 3 pairs of leggings. Waited patiently for them to arrive as the website said 10-15 days for shipping. After 12 days I hadn't even received a despatch email. So I emailed to ask where my order was. The response was that one pair I had ordered were out of stock (in stock when ordered) and could I choose another pair instead. I replied that there weren't any suitable (after looking on the website) and that the deal I had ordered through had expired so I asked if they would still honour the deal and I not could they just refund me for the out of stock pair and send the other 2. 3 days later I got an email saying that the leggings I had ordered were labelled incorrectly so it appeared that they were out of stock on their system and that they would send my order in 2 separate parcels. The first 2 pairs arrived a week later followed another 10 days later by the apparently out of stock pair. So all in all I waited almost 5 weeks for 3 pairs of leggings. No apology, nothing. The leggings are great, very comfy and definitely squat proof but I won't be shopping with grrl again as the customer service is abysmal
