Item came very quickly and I'm very pleased with it.

Thanks Rob and the team for a great shopping experience! I'm a full time guitarist, and while I haven't bought a guitar for a few years, I'm glad I decided to buy my new Strat H.E.R signature model from Guitar Galleries. It arrived well packaged, with a nice courtesy note from Rob, it was delivered on time and it plays great, I think it might have also been setup by the store, if so thank you! The Strat was put straight to work this past weekend and it sounds and plays great, lots of comments on how nice it looks and sounds! The price I paid was a great deal as well. Many thanks!

Over the last few years I have bought quite a few guitars. Every one has been exactly as the photo and playable straight from the box. Buy with confidence from here.

Smooth process

Very knowledgeable staff and great quality instruments.

Excellent service... Really nice guy, who got the right guitar for me... Very impressive...Love playing my new guitar... Thanks Guys!

Great guitar at a very competitive price. Excellent service. The guitar was dispatched immediately and arrived very quickly.

Always a pleasure do deal with, excellent service as always! Great products too!! Will always use!

The heroes at Guitar Gallery sorted out a shipping problem for me that turned out to be something unrelated to my order (long story). Their going the extra mile has converted me from a maybe-repeat customer to someone who will definitely look at their site first in the future. Can't rate them highly enough! Plus my Fender Mustang bass arrived for my birthday in immaculate shape and ready to play.

Good price and fast service. Good price and fast service.

Top guitar shop. quick transaction fast delivery and most importantly the guitar was set up properly and a fantastic players guitar. I even had a little note from Rob wich I thought was a nice little touch so all in all very happy thanks guys..

Damien went out of his way to help me purchase my guitar. He was patient with my lack of computer skills and called back when he said he would. The guitar arrived, as described, within a few days, even with the bank holiday.
