Excellent service. Came within two days. Haven’t opened it yet, as I’ve hidden it for Hubby’s Christmas!

Great company to deal with. Excellent products and advice.

Rob is the man!!! Very helpful and patience during my decision making process when purchasing

Stunning instrument. Very good after sales service.

I was very happy with the previously-owned guitar I bought from Guitar Galleries, the condition of the instrument was even better than advertised. Very fast delivery too, would buy again form them

I just bought an Ibanez AM53 from Guitar Guitar for £249 These are one serious bit of kit. After reading reviews i though it would be good for learning how to record with a DAW and focusrite. Have to say this guitar gives so much power out and is so responsive to winding back the volume to get a more Bluesy mellow tone. Highly recommend this guitar not just for a first guitar but a keeper guitar.

Fantastic service from Guitar Galleries. There was a small problem with the guitar when I got it, however Matt was great and couldn’t do enough to help me sort it out. If you are looking for a guitar I would definitely recommend Guitar Galleries.

Great service both Gibsons arrived safe my only criticism is that both need a full set up with my luthier but hey ho that's fair enough

Rang store to ensure availability, and ended up chatting to Rob, one of their sales people. I was initially unsure about buying on line, however Rob assured me that everything would be checked over and that all guitars are video’d before despatch. I placed my order. The guitar arrived next day as promised, and was extremely well packed. The guitar a PRS Custom in Eriza Verde is a stunner, and lights up the room. It was in perfect order, and played like a dream.Well done all at Guitar Galleries, and thank you.

Amazing guitar, brilliant after sales service

This is my second purchase from Guitar Galleries.Excellent fast friendly service.
Spot On.

This a beautiful guitar shop where the people are very professional and could not be more pleasant or helpful.

The guitar I received is great but the service I had from this company was fantastic. I have bought quite a few guitars on line over the years, this is by far the best service I have ever experienced. From clear and expert information on ordering to great and secure packaging and speed of delivery. If I lived nearer I would be making many visits to this shop, which by the way looks so good. Very many thanks Guitar Galleries from a very satisfied customer.

Friendly helpful advice and great customer service. Guitar arrived next day despite only opting for standard delivery.

Extremely helpful & knowledgeable staff. Very efficient firm.
Will not hesitate to shop with them again. Highly recommended.

Can't praise them enough. Bought a beautiful looking and sounding Taylor 814ce dlx which was exactly as described, but thought the playability could be better for the price (but I'm not a pro). 14 day return (at your expense), received full refund, you can't go wrong with these guys. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

3rd time I have ordered from these - always arrived quickly and safely without any issues.

Excellent service. Guitar arrived promptly and in excellent condition.

Really helpful guys with great communication. Responded to me impeccably quickly on a relatively low cost item - thoroughly impressed. Will happily deal with again!
