Great Company!

Placed a preorder for an item with them that I couldn’t find anywhere else, arrived sooner than I expected, fairly priced and customer service was fantastic.

Reliable site for buying gunpla, good prices, flexible payment options, all products I've bought have arrived in perfect condition and shipping has been fast! :)

Great prices, kits packaged nice and safely, dispatched quickly, and a cute free gift.

My first time shopping with GundamLab but definitely not my last!

Might take me a while to work through this amount of plastic first tho :D

Can't wait to start building the MG Wing Gundam Zero Ver. Ka and Deathscythe Hell EW models. Amazing selection available and for excellent prices. Don't skip this shop if you're looking for Gunpla. Delivery was arranged the same day and arrived a couple days after. Will definitely be using GundamLab again. Thank you Kim! :)

Absolutely amazing experience once again. Fantastic prices and a personal touch with every order.

Being able to get in-demand kits at such great prices is a real bonus and the service from Gundamlab is always so nice. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for Gundam in the UK.

Just received my package a week early, the site is easy to navigate, very affordable, straight to the point and I even got a personal message from Kim ☺️

100% will recommend

Fast service with competitive price. I am very happy with them

I ordered multiple sets from Gundamlab, 2 of which were preorders. The pricing was good for what I had researched online. The kit that was available for shipping was received promptly and well packaged. There was even a hand written note to let me know my preorders would be shipped as soon as they were ready. I appreciated the personal touch and will be ordering here again.

I buy a lot of gundam stuff - this place is up there.
Packaged very well and arrived sooner than expected.

They also hold more niche equipment that can be quite hard to find in the uk - don't sleep on this store,

Fast delivery well packed.

I've ordered from this company more than once.
Items are always securely packed and come with a thank you note from Kim.
No issues with them as a supplier

Fast shipping and great contact on waiting for preorders to arrive. Great experience with this store

Fast and prompt shipping! Sanding sponges are great for clearing nubs on curved or angular pieces and the different grades of grit ensure a great finish

Great products at a great price. Delivered really quickly and Black Friday discount was a nice touch. Will definitely be using again. Recommend! All the stars!!! :)

Professional and friendly, will use again.

Excellent service, will definitely be shopping here again!
