We had such a great experience with Habeno, we would not have been able to handle the home purchase process as efficiently on our own. We attempted to, and it was very difficult to reach different representatives at each bank. Purchasing a home in another country is a complex and often confusing process and having someone to ask questions and be there for us have been invaluable. We worked with Gorka and he answered all of our questions and helped us during every step of the process all the way up to getting the keys to our home. I highly recommend using Habeno if you are looking to purchase a home in Spain!

Incredibly effortless way to get a mortgage!
Honestly, I thought the hardest part of buying a property—especially as a non-resident—would be navigating the mortgage process. But Habeno proved me wrong. The most challenging part turned out to be finding the right property; from there, they handled everything seamlessly. Pablo managed to secure an incredible offer for us—one we simply couldn’t refuse 😅. All we had to do was gather the necessary documents, and they took care of the rest. It was truly a hands-off experience!

Gisele was my mortgage adviser and from the start to the end she was amazing. Gisele is unbelievable organised and communication was brilliant. I 💯 recommend these guys for buying in spain as there is alot involved and Gisele got me 4 different offers from different banks which allowed me to choose from. Helpful all the way through the process! Gisele was very helpful all the way through the process in buying our holiday home in Lanzarote. Made it very straightforward, and supported every step of the way - I know some people arrange this themselves, but the process is very different from the UK, not to mention the language barrier, so without Gisele, we would have really struggled! It made the experience less stressful, especially being out of country. They also referred us to a lawyer to do the legal work for the closing and visa application.
