Waited two weeks for dispatch details, received nothing despite sending numerous emails and attempting to call only to be disconnected because message bank was full. Dodgy company absolutely donot recommend. Luckily used PayPal so received a refund.

After waiting a week later and sending a few emails, I never got a response. Tried to contact by phone and was just went to message bank. Do not recommend buying from this company! Customer service is non existent! I’m grateful my bank was able to follow this up and refunded my money straight away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. They do not answer their emails, cannot call them. Took over 4 weeks to post goods that I tried to cancel BEFORE shipment. Now, if I want to return, I will have to pay a 10% restocking fee!!!! What an absolute joke. Buy from other reputable online companies. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. Buyer's regret I would leave a -10 of I could.

My order took well over a month to arrive with absolutely no communication advising why it had taken so long to arrive. After order confirmation the only communication was over a month later when it was ready for delivery. Also the products were packed too loosely which meant one of the bottles actually leaked during transit. Due to lack of communication I will not use this site again.

Do not buy from this site. No delivery, no response, nothing.

Delayed delivery and then only partial fill. No pickup on phone calls, mail box full and very delayed response on email. Eventually got a partial refund. Do not buy from them if you want a quick and full delivery.

Can't get a hold of anyone. One item missing from original order! Bad business. Do not recommend.

I ordered from this company for the first time, then I read the reviews and got nervous but my anxiety proved to be unfounded
I think, in fairness, their website could be improved, after my order was placed there showed nothing pending in my account
Also the continuously full voicemail on their contact number is not good
However, I did receive a reply to my email within 24 hours
My products were delivered within 8 business days , packaging was excellent and I would order from them again

Terrible

I ordered from this company on 29 October and received an invoice. 19 November and I have heard nothing. I tried to ring them and their voicemail was full. I have sent an email, but I'm thinking I should lodge a dispute for the transaction with my bank for a service I have not received. I really needed this product and now I have run out. Something feels dodgy here. I will be happy to update my review if the situation changes.

Placed order on 8th Sept - items were listed as “in stock” on their website.
Contacted them online on 12/9 and no response until 16/9 and they just blamed stocking issues.
Their phone number never answers and their message back is full (I know why !!)
Also their physical store CATWALK reuses to deal with online orders when I tried to get in contact through them.
Contacted them online again on 19/9 as still no update on delivery. No reply was ever received.
Finally received order after 3 WEEKS of waiting.
Their prices might be cheaper than other stores but not worth the risk in my experience.
I will never buy from this online store again.

Just like previous comments. In the middle of a dispute to get my money back. They take 3 business days to respond your email even after asking you if you want a refund and then I respond with yes,,,because they didn’t read the email they sent the product. Have told me to tell the driver I don’t want it so it goes back and now it’s at my local post awaiting collection. What a headache. Tried calling after they finally gave me a phone number and no answer over the last 2 days. What a terrible company.

I think everyone is a bit harsh on this company. There communication was fantastic and efficient to rectify any issues. Super happy with my products highly recommend and will purchase from again

I made an order a month ago. No items received, no refund processed, multiple emails sent, multiple promises made. I am lucky that I paid via PayPal so still hoping to get my money back through PayPal.

I wish i had read the reviews here before i placed my order. Same story, order placed, email acknowledgement received, emails requesting delivery updates. Nothing. 20 days....So infuriating. Do not trust this company!!!

Order on 11/5/24 via afterpay. Still 22/5/24 no order. Have started to pay, tried to call only asked to email them as they can't take calls for the last 2 days ?, Red flag alert.. 23/4/5 received email about stock not received from there Iend and I should be shipped this friday tomorrow.DONT KNOW IF I'LL GET MY ORDER????

They are dishonest 12 days, & 5 emails & 2 calls no response - take the money and do not ship the goods
Will report to Consumer affairs, but probably can't do anything as they have probably emptied accounts and gone DO NOT USE
Never been ripped of before, but always a first time
I should have read reviews before ordering

I placed an order for a very common hair gel that many companies supplied. I probably randomly picked this company not thinking much could go wrong. 3 week later nothing has arrived. A chase up email took almost a week to answer, with the promise of almost immediate dispatch. I still haven't received the email with the promised tracking number and obviously not received the product. I even paid a little for shipping insurance in case it got lost in the post. losing confidence.

Made an order, didn’t receive a confirmation order or that it was posted. Contacted them sending a screenshot of my payment they sent the order. Ordered a second time, again didn’t receive a receipt email. Contacted them again after a week, told there were delays and my order would be sent in 1 to 3 days express. 8 days later and they’re not even responding to my messages now. Thank god I paid with PayPal. Avoid! Dodgy!
