After a number of false starts due to equipment not being delivered, engineers stuck in traffic and other issues beyond their control Ali, the engineer, finally installed and setup everything last Thursday.
He arrived on time, was very pleasant and, thoughtfully, came prepared with spare equipment!
After setting up and installing everything he first of all tested everything then demonstrated it to me.
He answered all my questions, having to go over some several times for me and provided me with the necessary documentation.
There was one problem that arose that he had not come across before but after a little discussion between us soon had it sorted
All in all a job well done. Thank you to everyone at Halo

RIP OFF COMPANY
Promised me faster broadband when no other company would offer it.
Signed a contract and they also asked for a separate phone contract which I thought was for the telephone line.
How foolish was I, they failed top deliver the broadband and held me to the line contract which I have had to settle for the full balance or court proceedings.
I asked for phone records because of been mis-sold of which they refused.
Customer service is non existent, all thick as two short planks.
Directors are never available to talk about issues.
Trading standards have been informed.

Excellent service, would recommend, installers were very helpful and diligent.

Ali was brilliant. He helped us set up the phone system and explained everything in detail.
He is a huge asset to the company.

Amazing service, they are always very helpfully. I am not a technical person, and they always help me with any request.

Very helpful when needed, which is not often, the products themselves are ideal for my business (a small pub) and I find them easy to use.

Do not trust this company.
They lied to us to encourage us to switch to their service. Over a year later we are still fighting them to get our costs covered for terminating services with BT. if you are considering switching to them, don’t do it!!
We will get our money back as OFCOM have been helping. But what a waste of time. Don’t make the same mistake we did. I think any positive reviews here must be done by them.

Below this they have replied saying that the matter is now resolved - that is also a lie. It is not resolved at all, we've had to go via Ombudsman Services to continue to chase payment - Halo have still yet to pay.

We needed assistance with our office desk phones and ensuring these were set up correctly for our team. Emi was incredibly helpful and went through this all with me on the phone, finding alternative solutions to the problem when the initial solution wouldn't work for us.

I have had no Internet for 4 days now being told an engineer will not be coming until the 24th of March which will make it a week with no internet. The company blaming open reach which I can understand things can get very busy but a week of no internet in an age when most people use a phone or watch to make payment and cash not being used much is totally unacceptable, our security our pos all needed internet too, never heard or experienced anything like this,
terrible and business destroying

Fantastic support from Ali today - he made the process so easy. He explained everything so clearly , was so knowledgeable , polite and friendly .

Today i have received training from Jack and he was great he explained everything really well and was a great help. We have been a customer for many years and today Jack introduced me to a whole new way of seeing my telephone data on the portal which will become a really help to our business.

Terrible underhanded sales techniques. Lady name beginning K calls and says she wants to speak with business owner regarding construction work on road and the tries unsolicited hard sell once you return the call. Appreciate sales is sales but what a way to waste peoples time.

The assistant said they she was calling regarding construction work onside the premises- no current wotk out the premises at present in regards to this. They just want to sell you broadband

Also misleading by saying they are working with Liverpool city council.

No mention of Halo Tech group within link provided. They may well be a reseller but why suggest you are working in partnership with council? I stand by my origional review that they use underhanded sales techniques. The company director did call me yesterday and mentioned firstly that there was no fibre broadband in Liverpool then revised back to there's no direct broadband other than to the cabinet.

We were so impressed with Halo we signed up to them again. They came and installed our new phones and we barely noticed they were here. A small error in delivery of the phones was soon dealt with by Ali - he did a great job, friendly, polite and respectful - a lovely lad. Well done all.

Very happy with Halo. Recently renewed services with them after expiry of my original contract and an upgrade to faster broadband.
Never any issues, the engineers are helpful and friendly and never any surprises with billing.
Thoroughly recommend

We used these guys before Xmas to get the new faster broadband we had a slight delay on instal (but we have been kept well informed) due to the Xmas break.
Really happy with the broadband it does what it says on the tin, special mention to Emily who was super helpful on the install
