The item purchased was of very high quality and delivery was very very quick even though order placement was close to Christmas

Nice workmanship but arrived too late for presents for Christmas. Timescales should’ve been noted on Black Friday sales three weeks was not good enough.

This is our third year of using HMCC for our client hampers and will be our last.
Previous years, they've been faultless - excellent customer service, prompt replies to queries, great attention to detail and a feeling of wanting to help. Prompt turnaround between order/ payment and delivery and proactive updates.
This year, they had a new team in and they just didn't have near the level of Custtomer Service the last team did. Verging on rude at times, they don't seem to want to help and certainly don't work proactively.
Delayed replies to queries, out of stock products and delayed delivery.
We will source our hampers elsewhere next year

The Handmade Christmas hampers gave good service from the point where we ordered till delivery to our top clients. Communication with customer service was easy and they were prompt in replying. Hampers even got delivered one day earlier than expected.
