The crackers are well made and looked great on the table but I felt that they were far too expensive for what you got in them. The sweets ones had two chocolates in them and were £38 for 6 and the tea/coffee ones had a bag and two after dinner mints for £38.

I placed two separate orders on 3rd December for hamper gifts to two different addresses. One hasn’t been sent with no tracking, I have emailed three times and called repeatedly and no answer to find out why I have paid and it’s not been sent.
Second one was sent much later than requested on the order and when I did get to speak to someone on the phone about this one they promised it would be sent next day for 9am, they didn’t and it is still somewhere with Royal Mail as no one was available to receive on that day after 9am.
Two orders and neither hamper received and no one will answer the phone or respond to my emails

Ordered a letter from Santa on 23rd November and nothing received. According to the website tracking it’s been in production since 28/11/24 and nothing since. I emailed and was told all outstanding orders would be dispatched by 19/12/24 at the latest. Still nothing, no updates or further replies to emails. Looks like I’m not alone in my experience with this company… very disappointing.

3 weeks of silence, I called to see where the letter was (since after all it is for before Christmas). I was told the letters will be sent out that week to arrive. They never have. I have since tried to get in touch for a refund as the item has still not arrived and no response or answer.

Terrible company, took my money and never sent the order and never replied to emails or answered the phone. I will be claiming money back from the bank. Total scam.

I tried to remove an earlier 1 star review but the review was not showing in my account . I am posting this as my problem with an order was resolved with a replacement.

I have ordered a Christmas Eve box which looks absolutely nothing like the photo shown on the website. The colour of the wood is completely different and engraving is an awful quality. The text is engraved deeper on the left hand side of the box and fades towards the right. The company stopped responding to my emails which I think is extremely unprofessional as they knew this was a poor, poor quality box sent. I have asked for a replacement but they have refused as the box isn’t damaged, yet it looks nothing like the photo shown on the website. I certainly wouldn’t order a Christmas Eve box from here again and would look into other companies as they don’t even offer to re send a box out when what is sent is not the product advertised on their website. I have sent the company photos of what I was expecting to receive (photo from website), and what was received but they are unwilling to send a new box out. Also, to note I bought this box when it was a Black Friday offer and I am now thinking they clearly use a cheaper wood when there are offers on, as honestly it is such a bad quality box! Just be warned before purchasing. More than happy to provide photos for future customers if you want to take a look before thinking to purchase.
