Dreadful my parcel was not delivered
Dreadful my parcel was not delivered. I emailed and they said it WAS delivered!! Three emails and the same reply you have received your parcel. So I asked for my email to be forwarded to the “big boss” I am 82 yrs old and bird seed is not cheap. They kept arguing with me which was awful. However an apologetic email arrived saying something was wrong with their office equipment. So I eventually got my full payment back but no seed!!! After all the carry on and the rudness I expected a free parcel 📦 of bird seed. So I emailed and told them what I thought of them and a parcel arrived a couple of days later. It was so so stressful I did NOT receive the bird seed I paid for.

I can not use a £10 voucher given for their error
I placed 2 seperate orders on 21/2 /26 one for me and another from my son some 130 miles away.
Both delivered to my son.
I called to let happiness’s know and kept on a high rate call for 10 minutes costing me over £11. I complained and given £10 ‘voucher’ code.
I did make another purchase addressed to me but their ‘voucher’ code was invalid. They did not tell me I had to call them on their rate number with the order number for a refund..Sadly that order was sent to my son’s address in error again.
I had to make another purchase for me I sent an email with the order number for a refund. I have written many times about this and still not received a refund.
To get the order I have to call them no doubt costing me the £10 they offered.
I use an aweful lot of bird seed about 1kg a day.
