The EU team contacted us and have now practively tried to help us out! We are very grateful for this!

We used Happycups in 2025 and they delivered a product above and beyond what we expected. Truly an amazing provider!
This year we contacted them again we were forwarded to their partner instantly based in the EU, since we are buying from Norway. The product we recieved this year couldnt even resemble the quality we expected and the communication lacked transparency and honesty we feel. It saddens us that this partnership has ruined the quality for outside of UK buyers and even more it saddens us that this affects our current event. We have tried contacting them again but a lack of response has left us highly demotivated and out of choices for our upcoming event. However happycups UK deserves all the credit they can get, thereby the 4 stars.

We ordered 7500 cups for our Cave concert venue. They were delivered on time and the quality is first class. We charge our customers and ask them to re-use the cups during the event and then take them as a souvenir. Our plastic waste has reduced to zero!

Have ordered twice in the last 2months and both times the service, communication and product has been amazing! Delivered within deadline and one of the orders turned around in super quick time! Will definitely use the company again 🤩

I have used Happycups for 3 events now and the cups are great but it’s the customer service I appreciate most. They guided me through the process of getting the art work right and offered welcome incentives to return the following year. They ALWAYS answer the phone and emails which is great when you need to make an urgent change to a delivery address. I’ll be back for a 4th time next year for sure

Were very helpful and polite when we had to change our design multiple times (us not them). They also delivered before the dates we needed even though we didn't give them much time - again us not them!
Printing on the cups is brilliant and they went down really well during our event.

I cannot fault Happycups service, the whole process has been simple & easy from the quote & design stage up to delivery. They met my deadline and the cups look amazing for our local countryside show.
