Faulty mac charger
I had an issue with a faulty macbook charger that had stopped working, which led me to contact the support team. Millie and Rick were both incredibly helpful, responding quickly and arranging for a replacement to be sent out straight away on the designated day. The whole process was fast and hassle free, which meant I could continue working without any worries.

Having used Hardsoft Limited for 10 years or so I highly recommend their service, both Hardware and support. Many times we have been assisted and kept our IT running through lots of mishaps and issues.
