I recently had to send my MacBook Air in for repair and the whole process was handled brilliantly from start to finish. Michelle from the Customer Care Team was fantastic — friendly, clear, and proactive throughout. She kept me updated at every step, arranged a loan laptop quickly so there was no downtime for our business, and made sure everything was collected and returned smoothly.

Danielle Parker is who we have been dealing with at our company and has always been wonderfully responsive to any issues or concerns we may have.
