Bought a shirt for a friend's birthday, safe to say he was really happy with the gift! The quality is great, so comfortable he wears it as loungewear. The design on the shirt itself is top-notch, actually beautiful.

Website is easy to navigate, brilliant art work, a good mix of size options. Quick delivery and honestly best quality T-shirts I've ever had, strong stitching and the print is lasts, I've had some T-shirts over a year and they look exactly the same as the day I bought them. If you're a nerd, just buy it ahahaha

Hard Times is incredible! Their screen-printed t-shirts are top quality. They're soft, durable, and the designs are so unique and creative. My most recent purchase is their glow-in-the-dark "web of shadows" tshirt, and it’s amazing! The print glows beautifully after a bit of "charging up", and it’s such a fun, unique touch and suits the design so well.

Their customer service is second to none. They're friendly, responsive, and they really care about their customers. In my experience, they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy whilst standing by the quality of their products, which I highly respect.

The owner is very involved with their customers and makes sure that everyone gets exactly what they want. The shirts are high quality and soft. The play mat I received a little while back looks beautiful and is holding up to weekly card games.

I love this company's designs. Got the web of shadows bomber and tee and I'm highly pleased. The glow-in-the-dark print works as expected. It's not a neon or LED so expectations may have to be tempered. For a shirt, I think it's great. All designs have a wonderful level of detail.

This is t-shirt number 17 now from Hard Times and they have never failed to miss. The quality is always high both in the fabric and the design itself.
The glow in the dark aspect adds that extra bit of flair and so far everyone who’s seen me wear it has said how sick the t-shirt is.
Will continue to buy and wear their designs as I’ve yet to see anything better and doubt I will.
Still waiting on a Bleach design though! ;)

Recently bought a web of shadows t-shirt. The quality of the t-shirt was insane, the print was gorgeous. I love screen printed stuff and honestly think this is some of the best I've ever seen. The glow in the dark aspect was also a bonus, nice little touch.

Delivery took a bit because it was a preorder but I got the shipping notice in the estimate they outlined on their website and after that it only took 2 days.

I bought a "glow in the dark" t-shirt, I left it out to charge for multiple days as per the instructions and it has never glowed in the dark. I then emailed the company explaining that there had to be an issue with the shirt, they then gaslit me and said I was at fault. And I could send it back to them at a fee, for them to "test". Horrendous customer service, will not recommend. What a shame.

Update - your reply again highlights your lack of professionalism and customer service. Saying I am lying that the tshirt does not glow in the dark. It is an issue because I have paid for a glow in the dark tshirt for someone who was expecting that feature. I did privately email you, which was met with poor customer service. This lack of professionalism has now been highlighted to the general public, gaslighting and calling your customers liars. You asked for me to pay a fee to sent a faulty product back to you which is quite unbelievable. The fact you think we are lying about a glow in the dark tshirt not glowing is mind boggling. If you offered free shipping for me to sent back your faulty shirt and for you to “test it”, perfect. But your team resulted to gaslighting and calling me a liar.

These are easily the most comfortable shirts I own. International shipping sucks, but in the end it's worth it.

I bought the ronin sunglasses and they are very cool! I’ve bought 2 other pairs from hard times in the past but each time the quality and designs just get better and better. They’ve had a high quality wooden box this time!👍 I’ll be back to buy another next year for sure.

Item shipped quickly despite being preorder. Initially, I didn't like the blank for the hoodi because it was stiff and scratchy, however as I wore it a bit, it's now th most comfortable I own

Great customer retention with discounts. Designs are always sick. Despite shipping prices no complaints just wish older designs would come back
