Do not buy from this company. The coat I chose for my Mum to wear at my Dad's funeral was so late arriving it missed the date! Customer services were robotic (probably was just that) and unsympathetic (and communicated in German!?) and insisted I opened the package. I was offered 10% refund to keep the coat which was so awful, substandard and absolutely nothing like the advert photo! I refused, was very angry and went to great lengths and expense to return it to them, determined to get a full refund! I completed the form (in German!) and sent tracked to China? It reached some sort of customs office and they said the paperwork was insufficient and have returned the coat to me!! THIS IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!

Do not buy from this company. The items are nothing like the pictures.I am still waiting for a refund that was returned 3 months ago.Also you think you are buying from the Netherlands when unfact its from China Disgusting company

Very similar problems to everyone on here dealing with Harris Fashion Hub.

They are NOT in The Netherlands as claimed. They are in China. They have a Dutch telephone number on their site but it is a dead line.

The item I received was mis-sized and of very poor quality. I've had a 30 email exchange with them going nowhere. They have made various unsatisfactory offers to string me along.

Bottom line is they want to wear you down hoping you will just go away.

I've disputed the transaction with my bank and visa and am currently going through the process to get my money back.

On Trustpilot Harris Fashion Hub have got fifteen one star reviews and yet they've got two stars! How does that happen!! What does it take to get their 'poor' rating to 'bad'?

I ordered a pair of casual trainers. They sent the correct item that stated the correct size but did not actually fit, they must have been 2 sizes too small. The quality was shocking and definitely not worth the money I sent.
I followed all their refund and replacement procedures and they offered to send me a replacement pair at no extra cost. These never arrived and when I questioned it they told me I was now past their policy time limit for refunds/replacements and I was not entitled to anything.

Shocking service.
Ordered an item for nearly £50 for it to turn up nothing like the picture, and the sizing is completely way off.
When contacting the company with multiple emails, to be told they will only offer me a 20% refund.
So now I’m left with a cheap, ill fitting product and nearly £50 down?

Heavens above, shocking. Good luck with ever getting a refund from this shambles. Clueless, sham and scam. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Avoid this shop!!!! Worst experience ever trying to return an item that is far from what they advertised in their website and that doesn’t fit. It seems that their intention is to make the customer tired instead of solving a problem that is a customer entitlement and they must to respect by law. After a long chain of communication emails they are offering me partial refunds of 10 or 20% if I keep an item that doesn’t fit and that it’s poor quality. Terrible service.

The clothes are totally misrepresented. I ordered a sparkly sequined top and what arrived was a dreadful shaped, horrible material with no sequins at all. It is not clear that it was coming from China and took 2 weeks to arrive. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND ENSURE YOU check the reviews before buying. Lesson learned. They offer a % refund or return at your own cost and then find a reason not to refund! Absolutely shocking service.

I ordered sweatshirts, when they arrived I found the material too thin, it was more like a t-shirt so I asked them several times to confirm their return address. Each time they wrote back that I could keep the items and receive the sweatshirts in another size. At first I thought this misunderstanding was perhaps due to English not being their first language. In the end I decided to return the items to the address listed on their website. They then emailed me saying that I would need to return them to their country of origin, which is China!
I raised a dispute with PayPal, sadly and surprisingly, PayPal opted to agree with Harris Fashion Hub.

Ordered a dress for a wedding. I had emailed previously asking about sizing. Got a response saying they’d need to ask their suppliers. Heard nothing further so risked ordering a large. Dress too small, have emailed since asking to return it, I’ve been met with silence. Have sent about 5 emails now, still no reply. I’m now £40 out of pocket. Will NOT be buying from them again.

The company is in China not Netherlands. 3 items not as advertised. Unwearable. They are very dishonest. I escalated my complaint to a claim through PayPal. Still had to pay cost to return to China £23 despite items not being as advertised and unwearable. I would love to add the pictures.

Wouldn't recommend buying anything from this site,item arrived with black stains on it,was a satin pink dress looked beautiful for a wedding so you can get how disappointed when it arrived on the day of the wedding in that state,and to add insult to this they refuse to refund this order or give me returns code,said you can get a new one sent out!!!! Certainly not,why would I want the order again after that,have raised a dispute and hopefully get the payments returned,,,,AVOID FOLKS Look elsewhere

My order for a cardigan has not been successful and I recommend staying well away from this company. I have never received my cardigan, so I've lost approx. £40 and all emails have been met with a polite and unresponsive reply. The issue is that the cardigan had faulty stitching (as well as not looking like the website picture), which was not accepted by the company, who provaricated. I returned it to the address on the label and have heard nothing from them since February 2. You have been warned!

The Company have misadvertised a coat, selling it as 'heated' using technology with adjustable heating.

It is just a coat - they admit this. They continue to sell it under false advertising as it has no technology. You can find it in jackets, heated puffer jacket winter. I cannot post a link on this page.

Although it is not sold as advertised, they want me to pay to return this, not to the Netherlands, where they are listed, but to China.

They are refusing to cover costs.

They are offering a refund of 30%. All of this is in breach of Dutch law.

Another item sold - a khaki lightweight jacket is of such poor fabric it doesn't hang as advertised.

Essentially I feel scammed. Avoid this company.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a pair of boots before checking on this company. They have taken weeks to arrive and are not as shown online. After reading the reviews I decided that it wasn't worth my time trying to get my money back. The leather is cheap and, after only a couple of wearings, the metal eyes through which the laces run are falling out.

I wish I could give this company zero stars! Please avoid at all costs. The website pictures are absolutely nothing like the items received. I paid £40 for a dress that’s quality is shocking and bears no resemblance to the picture. Nowhere on the website to arrange a return so you need to email them. You’re then faced with them giving you a “great offer” for a further £9.95. When you say no and you want to return the item they want you to send picture upon picture of the item and packaging and they will approve your return which never happens. This is pure daylight robbery and I have no idea why they are getting off with this. I have paid by my credit card and I am trying to go through that way of disputing to get refunded. The items is absolutely no good for no more than the bucket.

The jacket I received fell significantly short of the quality and appearance advertised on their website. The advertised product showcased a much thicker material and high-quality craftsmanship. However, the actual jacket that arrived is made of a thin, synthetic material and exhibits poor workmanship, visible stitching flaws, uneven seams, and loose threads. Furthermore, the jacket arrived damaged with multiple instances of torn threads. The advertised pocket placement and size differ significantly from the actual product, it is entirely different product.

In short, the products are VERY poor quality for the price you pay.
The returns and refund policy implies that you can easily return items to the Netherlands, this is false! They offer you another item for a much lower price and as a 'good will gesture' you can keep the item they sent you! If you refuse that offer and insist on returning it for a full refund, they will insist on having it returned. The cost of that is ridiculous and they hint in their returns policy that items 'may get lost'!

My emails were met with similar responses from various people at the company, leaving you as a consumer with no where to go. This is daylight robbery at it's best!
Thankfully, I paid through PayPal and refused the 8% offer Harrisfashionhub offered. PayPal refunded me the full amount and favoured my case.
This may not be the case for you. DO NOT PURCHASE! The jacket they sent is not even good enough to donate anywhere. Shocking!

The products are made in China and are poor quality for the price.
The returns and refund policy implies that you can easily return items to the Netherlands. You can't. They will offer you another item for a much lower price and you can keep the one received. If you refuse that offer and insist on returning it for a full refund, they will insist it is returned to China. You'll then find out that couriers request a 'Receiver Tax ID'. They will not give you this information, so you have nowhere to go.
I paid for the product using PayPal. I had to log a dispute with them and eventually received a refund of about 75% of the cost. The item is in the bin.
