HARTS are a fourth generation independent family business and have been established since 1919. We have an extensive store and warehouse in Sturminster Newton, situated in the heart of Dorset's Blackmore Vale

Excellent customer services. I have purchased from Harts before and have always been impressed with their service. This time I had a query regarding the safety of the cookware I was buying in relation to budgies. A very knowledgeable member of their team took the time to contact me and answer my questions. A very pleasant conversation about budgies was had as well! Thank you. I will definitely use this company again.

Great Shop and Service
Ordered lots of very fragile items to add to my tea set online. Other places didn’t have so many of the range in one place. Competitive pricing. Everything arrived really well packaged and in a sturdy box. Everything arrived in tact. Delivery was quick. Had my items in no time at all. Have already shopped there again - highly recommend.

For the last 3 years you have been sending me review requests to mrs J Chapman who wasmy wife for over 50 years. I must have sent at least a dozen e-mails to you informing you that my wife died 09/09/2022.My name is John Heath Chapman and my e-mail address is heath.I would appreciate you not to keep sending her e-mails as it is really offensive to contiinue to do this. Please email our customer service team directly with the email address that is receiving these notifications. This will allow us to investigate the issue further and take appropriate action.
At present, we have been unable to locate any record of previous correspondence, and the details provided (while limited) do not match any accounts in our ordering system.

Always a good experience. A very efficient company. The shop is fabulous, and the cafe is superb. Can highly recommend this company especially if in the area, well worth a visit. However; if that’s not a choice, the website is excellent. I cannot speak highly enough, every thing I have purchased from this store gas been top quality.
