We had a small issue with one of the items supplied to Harvey George for our sink, but even though the furniture was a couple of weeks out of warranty they did not hesitate in supplying a replacement item, I cannot fault the after sales service and particular thanks to Nikki for her assistance.

Item was late, but importantly was also not in accordance with the drawing. A bespoke item made to the wrong measurements. It was also bad quality and poorly finished. Awful customer service.....if they ever reply.

I am thrilled with my new vanity unit. The materials used, design and standard of finish are excellent, and it looks stunning in my new bathroom. Finishes it off perfectly. The customer service was professional and extremely helpful, despite changing my mind twice! I would definitely recommend Harvey George if you want eye catching, classical quality.

I was lucky to discover HG through a google search for bathroom vanity units. I loved the range/selection on the website and found exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the 800mm wide Iona unit with modern sink and am so happy with the quality and finish! The unit was even delivered on a Saturday afternoon and carried into my hallway by two very friendly delivery staff. Couldn't fault the service.

Absolutely love my new vanity. I came across HG on Facebook and messaged them to see if they had a showroom I could visit. Arranged a day and time back in October (when we were still allowed). Very apparent the quality was superb, they set up my order and emailed it over to me so I could complete when I was ready. I ordered early December and took delivery in February. Couldn’t wait for my bathroom fitter to start, I am absolutely delighted with the end result.

I ordered two vanities last year, and although they arrived nearly 2 months ago I am still chasing resolution for issues with both units. I no longer get responses to my emails.
I think the overall quality of the vanities is good, but execution is poor. The customer service has been awful, at no point have I been given an apology (which could be given without accepting fault at the very least!). The tone in all emails I have had has been argumentative, and I have given up perusing further now.
I would be wary of taking up their bespoke service. And be aware that sometime their own team delivers items and other times they use couriers. If a courier delivers you items you need to check everything and refuse if it's damaged (even if the packaging is fine!) as Harvey George will not accept responsibility.

After discussions with Harvey George we settled on specifics bespoke elements for my vanities. I expected to have final sign off of drawings about this. This didn't happen, the taps holes were drilled incorrectly, and the response from Harvey George was to buy more taps.
The courier was not able to wait while we unwrapped all 5 packages (understandable, it took the best part of an hour and he was blocking a road), but all the packaging with absolutely pristine. However, one unit has gouges in the paint and the other has small dents in the doors and drips in the painted finish. Harvey George blame the courier (although the shrink wrap and cardboard around/under the gouge are undamaged). The other is on the top of a draw that rubs against the frame.... I was told the dented doors would be refinished but they've changed their mind now. No acknowledgement of the poor paint finish. I was offered touch up paint and foam tips for the gouges, the paint has eventually arrived but no foam...

They have begrudgingly replaced the top with appropriate tap holes, stressing that the change was marginal when there is a 12cm difference between the tap holes! So this issue has been rectified.

Overall a really disappointing and stressful experience.

What can I say, the most fantastic service from the fantastic guys and girls at Harvey George! I discovered HG amidst the progress on my bathroom, and immediately I wanted to order a vanity unit from them as they looked so exquisite. So last minute.com I ordered the most stunning vanity unit, and they delivered! I was so pleased at not just the quality and the elegance of the product but the fact they worked with me to ensure it arrived on time. I couldn’t thank these guys enough, the bathroom was made complete by this work of art! Thank you guys so much!

I ordered a Vanity Unit for my bathroom remodel via the online service which was incredibly easy and the support I received in making my decisions was fantastic. Helping me choose the right fittings and finish has been a remarkable service and it has added a 5 star finish to my Bathroom - thank you to all at Harvey George for such exceptional service I would highly recommend.

So pleased with service from beginning to end. I wanted something a bit different to the cabinets on the website ( wood rather than painted) and discussed it all over the phone with Mark. Really helpful to chat it through. I sent some photos of what I wanted and HG made me a beautiful vanity. Customer service was excellent. I was worried that I couldn’t actually see any of the furniture as the showroom was hundreds of miles away, but in the end I needn’t have worried. The quality is excellent.

Ordered a bespoke vanity unit painted in the Farrow & Ball colour to match our decor. The quality of the unit is excellent, the communications from Harvey George equally good. The icing on the cake were the couriers - really helpful and pleasant to deal with. First rate experience all round.

What an amazing company, i was let down by another company and these guys turned it around for me within a week :) Customer service was lovely and very accommodating to my needs. The vanity unit is absolutely stunning and such a statement item in my bathroom. The quality of the item is to an impeccable standard! HIGHLY Recommend Harvey George, thank you again you made the vanity unit above and beyond my expectations.

OMG-don’t hesitate to buy from these lovely people. My vanity arrived today and it’s amazing-I had good advice from Sophie-she was patient and helpful. I bought the Ava in a charcoal colour with a crisp white top and stone bowls-fabulous fabulous fabulous-can’t say enough about the quality and the price. I’d looked all over to get a vanity-they we’re too big or too small. Too (expensive)-Saw Harvey George-read their reviews-glad I took the chance.

What an absolutely gorgeous piece of furniture! I was hesitant to spend so much money on a bathroom vanity but honestly it's worth every single penny. It's beautiful and looks so classy in our bathroom, couldn't be happier!

Wow just wow. I ordered the Emily double basin unit 2m wide in Farrow & Ball Stiffkey Blue. What a beautiful piece of furniture - it really is the centrepiece of our bathroom. Excellent quality and very well made. It even arrived early! Great company and fabulous product

We ordered the Sofia vanity unit in Farrow and Ball Cornforth white, 1600mm wide with twin under mounted sinks and glacier white solid surface top. Customer service was first class and the unit was delivered exactly as scheduled by a very courteous driver.
I have now ordered two more units as I was so impressed with the first one :)

Absolutely delighted with the sink and loo units from Harvey George, so much so, I have decided that the second bathroom looks shabby alongside it, so ordering more. The furniture is solid, of good quality and individual. The customer service was exceptional - friendly and personal. PS I don't write many reviews unless I am really impressed.

I contacted Harvey George as needed 2 Bathroom vanity units in less time than their standard lead time, and they were frankly amazing. I was called to see what my requirements were and after seeing if there was anything available already made in the warehouse, Mark offered to have the two units made to order and within 4 weeks. It was so refreshing to deal with a person and a company who genuinely appear to want to do a good job and go above and beyond, that’s rare nowadays irrespective of cost. The items arrived yesterday and they are of a superior standard, really heavy and solidly built with a high standard of finish.

Really lovely product with fantastic levels of customisation if required. Mark and the team were great throughout and kept me fully up to date with delivery timelines and progress. Will definitely be directing future clients their way.

I order a vanity unit in stiffkey blue and it looks fantastic I'm really pleased. Excellent quality and a good price in comparison to other companies as I did my research. The customer service was great. In fact I've put a further order in for a tall boy in the same colour. I would highly recommend this company. I really cant understand why they have had some negative reviews albeit a few.
