Always a five star service from Hays Travel,I would not go anywhere else,I have used the same branch for years ,the staff deliver a great service .Rib booked our holiday yesterday and was really helpful and friendly.I would like to give a shout out to Jonathon who does the currency and paperwork (I still like a paper confirmation for the journey )like all the staff he is so helpful and always pleasant and professional.

I recently booked a holiday with Hays Travel in Ashington and had a really positive experience. The service was very efficient and friendly from start to finish, and everything was explained clearly which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

I was also considering upgrading, but the advice I received was honest and helpful rather than pushy. They helped me realise that what I had already booked offered the level of luxury I was looking for, which I really appreciated.

They also kindly noted that they will contact the hotel nearer the time to let them know about our celebration and my vegan requirements, which is a thoughtful touch and made me feel really well looked after.

It’s refreshing to receive genuine guidance with your best interests in mind. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.
