Very nice agent. Helpful.

I have been booking my holidays with Hays Travel (Beverley) for many years. Sally and her staff are always helpful and welcome you in the office with a smile. They will discuss your options in a professional and friendly manner. I recently booked a holiday to Majorca next year, but I changed my mind on the flight times. Sally was really helpful in changing flights. What a great team.

We were very happy with our experience and as usual the lovely Millie found us another great deal for next year she's a great help so thank uou Millie

Perfect Service

Sue and myself were looking for a cruise holiday to celebrate an anniversary: We tried elswher, but couldent get what we wanted, so went to Hays as a last resort. On entering it was obvious that the office and staff were welcoming and friendly. We explained to Allie May our requirements and in conjunction with her colleague Milly, they soon devised a plan that was perfect for our needs. Your travel advisor Helen, at your Beverley shop, couldn’t have been more helpful. We were impressed by her gentle approach and expertise. This was the first time, in recent years, that we have used the services of a Travel Agent but maybe consult Helen, at Hays Travel, in future. She is a credit to your company.

Once again Allie has advised us well and found us an amazing deal on a holiday of our dreams, a family Caribbean Cruise over Christmas. We’ve had all the information for the trip explained and emailed and she even assisted us in setting up our P&O account so we couldn’t ask for more.
