We waited to see a specific member of…
We waited to see a specific member of staff, who acknowledged us upon our arrival & asked us to take a seat while we waited. The booking service was very straightforward & on the whole our needs were met. The system was a little slow at times but didn’t affect the service we got. The member of staff was very helpful & friendly & does remember from past bookings what we want. Overall a good experience 🙂

Hayes always finds best deal for us and as we don't have a printer, they always ask if they want us to print it all out. Totally stress free booking procedure. We have booked three holidays with them this year and service has always been the same.
