The woman that helped us to find our family hoilday was very helpful and kind, nothing was a bother for her , she talked us through everything made sure we were happy and we had a good chat about the holidays we had been on before it was lovely to not feel rushed and lovely that they lady had the time to chat to us her i think her name was Lauren we sat at the first desk as you go in the door on the left she also had a young man who was in training with her aswell he was also very polite. We have used hays travel the last few times we have booked a hoilday and would not go any where else.

We queried a place in Spain we wanted to go to and when we arrived the young man had not only found the hotel but priced it up with two different companies and found a better and cheaper flight time.
Everything was explained fully and all our requirements met.
